The room was spacious and very clean. I almost always stay here when travelling to Roanoke. Great location, close to everything.

We needed a dog room which STUNK! Not just a little, ALOT. Also mold in shower, carpet ripped up at entrance to room

I liked that it had a pool and was close to alot of amenities. The staff was also very friendly.
I didn't like that the shower took so long to get hot and the fire alarm kept beeping all night because the battery needed to be replaced.

The location was probably the best part, plenty of places to eat. The breakfast area was okay. The breakfast area attendent was a nice lady.
The building was hard to find, it didn't have any signage on it. They front desk clerk game me unactivated door cards. The shower rod was broken, The room furniture wasn't clean.The ice machine on that floor and floor below didn't work. TV remote barely worked. The mini fridge wasn't cold. The entry door was out of level it would not latch on it's own. The security latch on the door wouldn't stay latched. The overall building just wasn't well maintained, I won't be staying there again!

The breakfast items were acceptable, but the area reserved for sitting down on tables was very, very small. Would suggest an average size, little cafeteria (of course, space permitting).
An improved way to secure the side doors that lead outside. They are protected with the use of the room key cards, but it is way too easy to place the little stones in the door track to keep the door ajar. Makes someone wonder who is illegally going in and out of this Hotel.

No butter/sugar-free syrup for waffles, toilet ran constantly, refrigerator or heating unit made weird screetchy noise when trying to sleep, bad highway noise & bathroom light would only work for a minute or two IF it even came on at all.. last time to stay here! :(
