Unclean and foul odor throughout the hotel

The people working there were pleasant. Although a few of them made an effort to resolve issues, they were unable to fix issues that needed to be corrected (see below), making our stay very difficult.

Air conditioning in one of the rooms was too loud, keeping us up at night. Requested maintenance to come in and fix the unit but they never came to the room so the issue was not resolved. Mismanaged parking in such a way that people without handicap permits parked in the handicap parking spots. Therefore, handicap people had to park elsewhere making parking a hardship for them. Rear entry access was inconsistent, most of the time not even possible due to faulty room card reader at the door.

Facility was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Property was conveniently located near food and shopping options. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

They were sealing the parking lots during our stay- parking was not very convenient. Once completed there was adequate parking for all guests.

False advertisement and terrible place to stay...booking.com stated free breakfast. When I arrived my son said something about breakfast in the morning and the girl at the desk stated they stopped that 4 to 6 days ago but yet it was advertised on booking.com. The elevator was very slow, waited a few minutes for it to come down only 4 floors. Got in the room and it was freezing cold. Tried to adjust the temperature only to see a black, nonworking display screen. Tried to call the guest service area 3 to 4 times with no answer between the hours of 8 and 9PM about the air issue. I kept looking around to find the air adjustment controller and I finally found one on the wall. Maybe they updated and put a new controller on the wall. Went to bed and looked up at the ceiling above the bed to find dead bugs in the light that was built into the ceiling. While laying in bed I was checking my credit card. I noticed that they charged me an incidental hold (I know most places do. However, they do not state this on booking.com and the girl at check-in never said a word about it). I also noticed not only did they do a seperate incidental charge BUT also added the same incidental charge to my room rate. That's a problem! Check out is at noon. I get a knock on the door at 10:30AM from 2 cleaning ladies asking if I was checking out today. I stated, yes. 11:30AM the same 2 ladies are back at the door knocking waiting to clean the room. I said, I'm not leaving yet and they walked away. I went downstairs at 11:40 and checked out. I spoke with the person at check-out about all of these issues. Plus, we even tried to rectify the credit card situation but didn't get that fully resolved. It may take a few days. While I was waiting and discussing these issues I noticed the 2 cleaning staff members hovering around the area I was in. The 1 woman actually walked over to the desk infront of me and said, she's obviously late check out and the front desk staff said, nooooooooo.

Room was clean and was a convenient location.

Room smelled. Needs updated. Staff not friendly.

We sort of were relying on the sofa bed but it was awful! Springs all up in my back and whatnot. They need to throw that s$%# away.

Stale smell, tv remote did not work, no toilet paper holder, dated furniture, suite smelled like a deep fryer.
