We had issues with tiny ants in our room. They even got on the clothes that were hanging in closet.

I got this particular room for a rolling shower I'm a amputee I have a doctor's appointment on Monday the 1st so I checked into the hotel on Sunday and 30th I got to the hotel late from traveling did not realize they did not put me in a room with a roll in shower at 4:00 a.m. when I realized this I went down the front desk and tell him the problem I had and they tried to put me in a dirty room then trying to move me back into the original room that didn't have the roll in shower the elevator door kept closing on me and my wheelchair the front desk lady was very helpful but when she called the manager he didn't seem to want to work at the problem they just moved me back into the original room after being stuck in an elevator then when the manager came in at 7:00 she didn't seem to be very helpful but I had to wait for the general manager very disappointing every time I stay at a Wyndham Hotel the 88 facilities are inadequate the employees are unknowledgeable about any of the facilities or how to operate them and I don't feel that they pay attention to handicap needs when I walked in the door she should have noticed that I was going to need a roll-in shower
