Bad war ok. Man kann die Koffer vor Check in abgeben/ unterbringen wenn man früher anreist.

Frühstück war unmöglich da total überfüllt (Christmas Season). Die Fenster in den Zimmern sind nicht dicht, das Klima/Heizgerät ist so laut, dass man es beim schlafen unmöglich anlassen kann. Somit hatten wir es aus und haben durch die undichten Fenster gefroren. Die Zimmer total in die Jahre gekommen, sollten dringend renoviert werden.

we paid $200 to stay in the dungeon. which is also called the basement. no cell service and 6 rooms in basement. mouse poop on bathroom floor in our room. They do all the maintenance and laundry in the basement so we heard the carts banging and clanging all night long. Although breakfast was decent the space is so small where they serve it. very crowed. When we checked out the receptionist asked how our stay was and we said awful and she said excellent have a nice day. This hotel fit our need of checking in at 7pm and leaving at 9am, not needing to shower or sleep as neither of those would have been possible. although convenient to where I was going I would not stay here again.

Some one opened my room door at about 11pm. He got my room key might due to the clerk mis-assigned the room.

I made my reservation 6month before and had it fully paid for and confirmed for a room with queen size bed mini fridge day I show up for my stay they were fully booked told me they did ot have my room gave me a room that had 2 full dimensions beds no mini fridge no microwave no trash can no toilet paper none of the things promised in my reservation it was handy cap room in basement me and my wife had to uses different beds and I needed mini fridge for my medication that need to stay cold no trash can al other thing wen u make a reservation and pay in full ahead of time they say not refunded able u would expect to get wat u paid for I didn't get wat was promised to me by website only thing they did was say sorry we don't have the room u made room for we will make it up to u here 2 free bottles of water the type of room I was given was in same price range I over paid on top of not getting wat I paid for fault amortization window veiw of a shed

Staff was excellent, accommodating and hard working. Hotel was VERY full, crowded and chaotic. Appeared to be understaffed but the people at the front desk and working the breakfast remained pleasant and were really hustling to get everything done

We were put in a room in the basement that was not usually used. The house keeping staff had trash and dirty laundry throughout the hall to the point we couldn’t get through. They were extremely loud until after 11pm. Our room had no curtain, broken toilet. HOTEL WAS OVER BOOKED. The front desk staff was VERY accommodating and moved us to a new room the next day

breakfast area is maybe too small. During our stay food frequently ran out and with only 1 person available to top up everything, I’m sure it felt like a losing battle!

Tv did not work. There was a urine stain on one of the white comforters. Morning staff was very Dismissive when telling them issues after they asked me how was my stay. Very Disappointed

Hi, I visited Holiday Inn around LA in January and the facilities i got there was very good. So I booked it again in the New York on my business visit. The location is excellent and was just 8-10 mins walk to the Times Square. the room size was big and clean. Breakfast was very good with many options from hot to baking plus cereals etc. The staff is always helpful and courteous, which is main bonus.

My room was on the 3rd floor and I had to take some meetings/ calls in the morning. I got interrupted with honks and other noise. I requested reception to change the room during my 5-6 days stay, but unfortunately they couldn't find anything.

Breakfast was really poor and did not satisfied all customers. If you have a fully booked hotel you should provide space and quantity for all also quality was not good. We had room #113 near to the kitchen and smell and noise was with us at 05:00 am crazy. The day after we were given another room #207 were the wind was coming in from outside. Really needs a lots of improvement.

No water was flowing during my stay, couldn’t even take a shower or flush the toilet. Check out was hectic. Staff wasn’t that friendly. My deposit paid on my date of check in was never returned and when I called to inquire about it the staff was VERY RUDE and not helpful. Didn’t even bother to actually check on this problem. If anyone from this hotel sees this review, pls help me get my deposit back!! I’m not happy with your treatment. I was willing to let the bad service slide but help with my deposit pls!!!
