The room they gave me smelled marijuana But when I told them, they gave me the option to change rooms, the next one it was better but I didn’t feel safe because of the people who were around the other rooms it was 2am and they were outside smoking marijuana and it was just my children and I

It was dirty the bed was on the floor the air conditioner needed a filter the door didn’t close all the way nor did it have a dead bolt the sink was broken there was so much noise from the people that live there and called that place of home so I had no rest at all up the whole time scared that someone would walk in but wait actually someone did it was the “house keeper”

The location was close to the freeway and only about 20 mins from DFW Airport which was convenient for our purposes (visiting Arlington). The room was sparse but seemed well maintained and clean.

The room advertised breakfast and the photos indicated there was a pool. When we arrived we were told that there was no breakfast facilities and no coffee facilities, there was no electric jug in the room (though there was a microwave). No coffee and tea making facilities and the room rate did not include breakfast which was misleading (the staff apologised). The pool has been filled in and there is no longer a pool at the property.

they advertise breakfast and there was none cthe doors did not shut very little water pressure and water values were backwards

We were allowed to drop off our luggage early prior to check-in and we had a late evening check-in.. Location was very good.

Pool was closed for renovation. No breakfast facility, contrary to booking. Hotel in need of major repairs and updates. Sheets were clean but had burn holes. Room was clean but window was cracked and would not lock. Several issues with repairs needed in the room, including air conditioning knobs missing so could only turn on or off. Safety latch on door would not work. Every time we went out and returned later to our room we had to have our electronic keys reset, which was a hassle when having to wait outside the room in the rain. The issue with the window caused some concern for safety and leaving anything in our room.

I had to switch my room 3 times due to the bed being broken or the room smelling like a bunch of animals had lived in it and it was still a horrible experience the bed was still very hard and uncomfortable
