It is a very dirty property. Our hotel room look like somebody else had stayed in it and it was just tidied up for the next guest. The towels were not neatly put in place. A couple of the towels were dirty. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting with a big ring of dirt on the inside. The bed was nicely made

Room was dirty smelly and outdated. Breakfast needs to be better. Bugs was bad in room

The front desk person was very rude after I arrived early and I asked if there was a bathroom I could use 🙃 he said I had to go to a gas Station to use a bathroom

Breakfast was fit for a pauper. Scrambled eggs was in meager quantities and was told that omelettes were available for a price not included in the free breakfast. The facility states full room services every two days. I did not get any in a week until I complained to the manager. My family and I were out most days all day. Came back at 11:30 pm and the room was untouched on the day that I should’ve checked and and checked back in on a different reservation. The agreed to keep me in the same room. I had to go to the desk to get clean towels several times. Complained to the manager and an order was led that I should get clean towels daily. My wife went to breakfast and when she returned her access card wouldn’t work. She and my two year old was made to wait in the office until I showed up to get her card re activated. The attendant on duty demanded an ID card from her which she didn’t have because it was locked in the room. I had to rush from fifteen miles away to get her card re activated. But I was never asked for an ID to verify that I was paying for my family’s stay.

No ashtray and the smoking room and no real breakfast

Staff cancelled reservation even though we sent and recvd confirmation of receiving the message.. Saying we would arrive late they did not consider calling and asking to prepay before cancelling as they did not see that they confirmed our being late and cancelled the reservation before the time they agreed we would arrive. They found a room after they saw we would not leave.

Nice view from the room. Easy to find. Clean and comfortable.

A bit outdated. The interstate noise made it hard to sleep. The free breakfast was just a bag with an apple, granola bar, juice box and small bottle of water.
