Absolutely nothing
I was very very disappointed with my stay at the la quinta inn there was continuous construction noises banging a hammers some sort of saw cutting some sort of material a hammer drill or a grinder sounded like it was in the room bursitis or above us from 7:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. for 2 days called the office numerous times to let them know was not pleased with the loud noises just repeatedly told me that it'll be done shortly just doing some minor maintenance but it lasted all day for two days

I was expecting the worst due to the reviews I was reading online. If you go by the negative reviews you are going to pass on a awesome deal. When I arrived to our rooms, I was surprised as to how clean they were. The beds were really comfortable (better then the fancy resort we are staying in now), the AC worked really well (too good , bring a blanket) the bathrooms were really cleane, the water got hot fast, and the pressure was awesome too. We slept like babies.. It was quiet and no one woke us up. I left my hair extensions, and when I called they were super nice & told me they were there... need to call back to have the manager send them to me. We only stayed 1 night. Super value. The TV had lost of channels.
My husband and my friend want to be whiny like the people in the negative reviews. Husband: furniture was old and not all drawers opened. Phone was without a cord (but we all have phones... lol). Hair dryer was provided but smoked when used. Nevertheless, it was a great stay, especially for the price. Friend:: The A/C was leaking but notified front desk and maintenance was there ASAP and fixed the problem.

Rooms are dirty and they are infested with bed bugs! When we reported it to stuff he started yelling at us. They even wrote false receipt that i stayed in different room.

There was mold and hair in the bathtub. The widow locks were broken. The blankets were so thin I froze. The phone was not working.

I clearly had a reservation at this location, flew in from Atlanta( flight was delayed by an hr) and I was told that my reservation was not showing up and that there was not a room available at that location. so it’s now midnight and I did not have a place to stay for the evening

It is in a central location for dining and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave, however there was a microwave in the lobby.

Nothing really available
When I called and made y reservation I thought I was reserving a room at the hotel ion ulmerton near clear water airport but Shem I arrived to check in the informed me my reservation was inPinellss Park I was not happy since I had stopped in the ulmerton location in person the couple of weeks ago and they tgsve me the number to call to make the reservation! I will not be using this service again!

ONLY the price of $190 for 2 nights & great location. The staff with VERY LIMITED ability speaking in English, were very polite and friendly.
The outside bldgs were just re-painted BUT the room was AWFUL. Very old bathroom fixtures from the 1960's. Old beds as if the room was rented by the hour. Beds had NO blankets or comforters just sheets & we had to ask for blankets. The comforters we received had some burn holes in them. The A/C also needs to be up-graded AND the room had a continued unpleasant odor most likely from the A/C unit so we used that on a limited basis. Should be told - when we saw the condition of the room we wanted to cancel the reservation BUT the MGR was going to charge us $125 fee to cancel.

The location close to everything is great.
I called to have maintenance fix the tv and they didnt. Housekeeping come to our room the first day and not again so we had dirty towels and washcloths. There were bugs and knats flying around the room.

Nothing about this hotel was nice
Everything. The beds were very uncomfortable and only had a sheet to cover up with. Unplugged hair dryer and a roach came crawling out. Half the lights didn't work. Worse hotel I have every booked on Booking.

Staff were dismissive and a bit rude. Room was really dirty - feet kept sticking to the floor. They only gave us one towel and we had to ask twice before going down to collect another towel ourselves. Breakfast was rubbish.

Everything else was bad, clogged sink in 126, leaking toilet in 226, all towels in both units had very dark spots and yellow stains, bed sheets in 126 had smoke burned holes and I did booked non-smoking units, door hinges and lamp fixtures all rusted, bath doors are warped, 226 a/c heat unit was broken/opened cover outside, entry door need spring hinges instead of closer arms - has ruined doors and would need to be slammed in order to properly close entry door, tub top up stopper came loose apart and had to rescrew together in order to drain tub water.

It was a bad place, homeless people lived there. I did not feel safe I had to spend 3 hours finding my own hotel. It is a shame to Windam hotel chain, it should be torn down. Would never stay there. Just a bunch of drunks .
