The location was great!

The kitchen staff, she was very rude. I understand that breakfast is over at 9:30 but to turn the lights off with a dining room full of people was very rude. She also turned off the television and was talking peoples cups off the table. One person had to run her down for there coffee. Just unacceptable honestly! Everything else was great! Very pleasant front desk staff and housekeepers!

None of them room thw blankets and all the covers was dirty the bathroom door wouldnt even close the paint was coming off the door the shower wouldnt stop running and it had a funny smell really would like a refund

Seem if there was not enough bathroom towels and mats for all the guest. They need to check tub for slippery effect.

I had problem in my room the lady in the front desk was really nice and helpful. Changed me to another room. The breakfast was good. very clean and organize

I think the breakfast at this location is the best feature overall. The breakfast is hot with a large selection. The menu today was gravy biscuits, eggs, waffles, grits, oatmeal, bagels, sweet rolls, cereal come up toast, fresh fruits and juice and milk. Usually there's a meat serves such as a sausage patties or bacon or something but it was gravy and biscuits today. I had 2 servings.

There isn't much to complain about this place it has everything that I need if I could change something it would be the laundry using quarters only it should have an upgrade where you can use a debit card

There was no power for majority of Saturday that I was there. I couldn’t even check out because they had no power. When asked to speak to a manager, they stated they wouldn’t be in until Monday and more than like I would not get a refund because it was a town issue but when I went to multiple establishments in the area they had power. They had no generator, in which walking through the stair cases was not pleasant. I couldn’t even see, it was pitch black no lights and no emergency lights so I had to use my flash light from my phone. It was 80 degrees Saturday and my room was just as hot as it was outside. My room was also dirty, had two pies left from a previous stay. I was not happy with my stay and again was forced to leave early. I still want a full refund. I will never travel from out of state again and go to this hotel and would never recommend a Comfort Inn.

The room wasn't clean. Stains on the carpet and bedding and I saw a roach.

super strong smell in the hallway. stayed in the room for a while. got it out with the noisy exhaust fan and the gurgling air conditioner. power went out and the room got hot and I slept in missing part of the day. The rail in the shower was falling off and the paint was missing on the wall?
