The bed was comfortable.

We were in a suite. The room decor was cold and depressing, but that was not the problem. Lighting in the bedroom didn't work, nor did the television (No Signal). The cover plate for the Air Conditioner controller was missing and we were unable to control temperature. Tried to call the desk but the phone didn't work either. Asked to switch to another room and we were placed in a standard king, one room which was smaller but in better condition. Then our new room keys didn't work and had to get new card keys issued. It took us an hour from the time we checked until we were able to get checked into the second room for the night. No adjustment in our rate even though we were in a regular room and not the suite. It was a busy night and the attendant was working diligently the whole time trying to accommodate the incoming guests. I'd say maintenance or whoever makes the suites ready for the next guest is not doing their job.

1. Room not ready when promised. Had to wait another hour +. 2. Was charged more for room then what was on reservation. Was not much, but that’s not the point. 3. Room was not in good shape. Smoke detector hanging from ceiling, bathtub overflow cover hanging off, sink had no drain plug, elevator sounded like it was going to drop at any moment and did not seem well maintained, breakfast was not replenished well.

Nice location and breakfast

I asked to have my room cleaned on several occasions and they never did. I had trash and dirty towels in my room for 3 days.

Breakfast was great. eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, and other items. Coffee always available. Rooms were nice. Bathrooms clean. Staff was very friendly.

Ran out of Hot water. The light fan in the restroom was too loud. There was a missing mirror.
