Location was great, directly off route86 and close to where our family was camping. Desk staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was sufficient and well attended to, we stayed once before and will stay again. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast, what more do you want?

The only decent thing about this hotel was the continental breakfast. They offered not only cold but also hot options.
The first room I was given the toilet had urine on the seat along with water and soap stains on the bathroom mirror. The second room I was given there was sticky residue on the tables. The bathroom was not clean as well. The wifi did not work at all.

Had trouble locking the sliding glass door and the decor could use a touch up.

Shower head was bad sprayed water out one side causing my sister to fall trying to get in shower! There is nothing in bottom of tub to keep from slipping! I slid when I took my shower first! So she knew to be careful! Staffing morning not friendly

The bed was comfortable
Breakfast was one of the worst I have encountered. The choices were very limited, no bread other then raisin bagels. I stayed 4 days and only eggs were available once. One day two trays of sausage links with nothing to go with it. The juice machine never worked. No fresh fruit, no hard boiled eggs Hardly any choices in muffins.
The light in the room for sleeping was awful. There was a smoke detector blinking all night over our bed, the curtains did not block outside light.

What I did not like is that Booking.com did not provide the booking information for the hotel. And when I tried to call the Booking.com help center I was hung up on. The assistant manager at the site contacted the booking. com and tried to resolve the issue. Even though the hotel did not have my booking info I showed them the printout of the confirmation and a room was provided. It was a very stressful situation given that we were in the midst of a snowstorm.

Accommodating , the private outside entrance from the room , was clean , the staff doesn’t seem to be very inviting just there to do their job I guess.
One staff member knocked on the door was not pleasant at all when I opened it and demanded I go pay for another day for staying past check out … I booked ahead of time for the two nights , she had the wrong room number … I was kind but it made me uncomfortable that she was very snarky and rude when she was the wrong one .

My one complaint is the heavy darkening curtains didn’t close to cover the window. The light from the parking lot was shining in the room. Thankfully I carry a couple of clothes pins and they were able to keep the curtains pulled over and closed

The staff was friendly and it was a good location.
The rooms felt damp… especially the carpet. The bathrooms were not very clean and needed repair. The sliding door lock didn’t work, but there was a bar that dropped down to secure it.

The first morning the food was cold. The lock on the sliding glass door was broken.

The ac was good and clean sheets, but the outlets wouldn't hold a cellphone charger...I'm in a wheelchair and the fridge was unplugged so I couldn't climb under the desk to plug it in. The room was supposed to be a king size but the gave us two queen.
The king size room I was told I'd have, the bed I could use with my medical lift because the queen bed wasn't accessible.
