The bed and pillows are very comfy! We slept very well after a full day of driving. Nice and spacious.
Overall cleanliness. You could see dirt on the walls and the couch needs replaced.

The breakfast buffet and outdoor fireplace were nice.
The room advertises sleeping for 8; however, there is no pull-out sofa, despite the listing. In reality, it sleeps 6. So, when my party of 7 arrived, we were forced to put one on the floor. Moreover, they do not provide roll-away beds and would not offer me an additional room to ensure that everyone had a bed.

The location was good, and the young man that checked us in on 9/7 was particularly pleasant and nice.
When we arrived there was a group of staff sitting on the benches directly outside the hotel entry door smoking cigarettes and complaining about other staff and customers.
The layout of the room with the dresser up against the side of the bed,unable to be moved because the tv was tethered to the wall, made the dresser unusable and difficult to get into and out of the bed on that side.

I liked the large size of the suites, the nearness to shops and restaurants, the quick responses of staff to resolve concerns, the variety of offerings for breakfast.
The first suite I was given didn't have all the bedding. In place. I had a scheduled event just after checking in and this made me late. Staff resolved quickly.

Location and comfort of the room.
The desk clerk who put me facing the street after i told him not to. Then sais he gave me the farthest from the street with the next room but it wasnt even close. When i talked to him about it, he said it was the best he could do. I would have accepted that if he would have just told me that the first time. Just be honest! We can all accept that!

Room was super spacious. Clean. Huge bath tub. Pool was nice.
Need more shelves in bathroom since toilet has no lid. Couch in living area was caving in. A little pricier than similar hotels.

One hour before arriving we got a call informing us of a maintenance issue with the hotel property and booking.com. Saying they was overbooked. And the room we booked a 2 bedroom suite was no longer available. They could offer us a smaller room. The guy at the front desk was nice, he done his best, but he was new, overwhelmed, nervous and did not know the answers to handle the situation. He was telling me because I booked through a third party he couldn't even drop the price. Our room had been lightly cleaned, but it was dirty. I took pictures, plenty of them. There was a condom on the floor next to the couch. Cake crumbs in the floor. A sucker stuck to the carpet. Bathroom floor dirty, that turned disinfectant wipes black. Human hair on the floor. Dog hair all over the carpet. I could even take my socks off or let my feet touch the floor. The room smelt wet, because the air vents was covered with black mold. I have contacted anyone I can. I have text from hotel manager comping our room price. I had to go to Walmart and buy cleaner just so

Location was great for the purpose of the trip
We did not receive the room we booked because of "maintenance issues." We we were only given one bed for 4 people and we were promised the second night refunded when we checked out after one night but we never received that or any communication back from the hotel manager.
When they called the day before we were leaving to tell us we wouldn't have the room we booked one girl said the room "should have" a sofa bed and then she transferred me. The second girl said they can move one in for us and the manager would give me a call. I already had registered my kids for a tournament so there was no backing out at this point so I packed a air bed and hoped for the best. (FYI voice-mail box is full and no one answers the phones when you try calling). When we got there the young man who checked us in said we got the King Suite we reserved so there shouldn't be an issue. When we got to the room it was not a king suite and didn't have a sofa couch. At this point it was late so I went down to get the air bed out of the car and the young man assured me we would receive a credit for the room but he's not sure how much. The airbed would have worked for the 2 nights but the room was not big enough so we had to climb over it to get from the kitchen to the bathroom. When I went to talk to the front desk about checking out early they said their manager would be in later and to talk to her. When I talked to her she assured me it wasn't an issue and thanked me for understanding. She also said she would refund me for the second night for the troubles. I have yet to see the credit

Great staff. Wonderful breakfast.
I booked a 2 bedroom suite. Unfortunately, they had “maintenance issues” and therefore changed my reservation to be two one bedroom suites. When traveling with 6 children ( 5 of which are under 5 years old) and only 2 adults, having 2 separate rooms is not practical. We ended up only using one room and needing air mattresses to make it work. We were not reimbursed the difference in price between the one bedroom and 2 bedroom suite.

The chef lady for breakfast, she is a 🌟STAR. She was so generous and caring towards all the guests. Just loved the breakfast service and maintenance.
We kept few bowls and boxes to be washed in the sink and we never got them back. The business center computers were locked with a password and the receptionist didn't had a password for it.

Love everything.... except checking in. Nobody was at the desk. I waited for an associate. I can hear associates in the office behind the wall. I called 3x and Nobody answered. Finally, through the main entrance, an associate came to help me. She was very sweet once I got waited in. Every time I left the building someone acknowledges me leaving, which I did like.

Housekeeping really poor. I should have taken video of bathroom floor dust bunnies. Layers of dust/dirt on climate unit grill. Overall, pretty nasty.

The breakfast in the morning had good selections and the staff was attentive to needs during those times. The room was comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything you need.
The living room furniture could probably be replaced, as it has been well used. I would also suggest a little bigger trash can for the kitchen.
