Bed was uncomfortable, lights from outside shined in our windows till all hours in the morning. Could hear next door room on a conference call at 7am. Front desk woman was unfriendly. Over priced for what we got

Room needs improvement. Multiple cracks in sink, chipping grout & old tub. Overall the hotel & rooms need updating for the rates you are charging. Restaurant not fully functioning.

Great views all around with some nice outdoor bars and staff was great to. Nice coffee Cafe on site as well and lots of fire pits to sit by outside. And a nice shuttle service that drops you off downtown and picks you up every 30 minutes. Room was nice to with balcony and nice oversized windows.

Location was great. Water taxi was amazing.

The noise of the room next door and people next door and in hallway. I could hear everything.

Nice location. Great pool. Nice restaurants we loved the water taxi to the warf. Staff was pleasant but some were not very helpful.

Dirty vents in bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioner not very strong.

Room was missing a few items (no hair dryer, or extra tissue/toilet paper, etc) and could have had a few cosmetic updates.

Hotel and staff were excellent . We came for a family weekend to Newport and rooms were large and very clean , staff very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were amazing , so much to do . Would not hesitate to stay here again

It was very clean, beautiful resort feel and great location. it was not over crowded which I assume is due to the time of year in May.The outdoor pool and fire pits on patio were great. The staff was very friendly.

our rooms didn’t get cleaned until late in day and we always had to request more towels/wash cloths. The hotel could use some upgrades starting with bed that is not that comfortable.

Excellent breakfast. Great waitress & service.

More luxurious bathroom would have been nice.

Pool and outdoor areas were nice

old, outdated rooms. Requested a crib for baby when booking, called 3 days ahead to confirm and was told it would be in the room. Double checked upon check in if the crib would be in the room and was told it would be . Arrived to the room and it wasn’t there, called 3 more times. Eventually after 4 hours and 2 hours after my 9 month olds bedtime we finally got the crib in the room. Also asked for some hot water in the restaurant during my breakfast to clean my sons baby bottles. The server charged me for each pot of water.

The property was a very nice scenic view! it was exceptionally comfortable & the room had enough space and comfort for my stay. the indoor pool was great too!

room had no mini fridge & no microwave. When I arrived late at night I was told that they couldn’t cut me a key card & I had to go back in the morning to get get one.
