Clean, had fridge, comfortable, and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for.

Staff was nice and very helpful!
In our room, there were items from a previous guest left in the room. Make us question if they cleaned in between guests.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, the wifi was good and u had a good stay. There is also shopping and restaurants nearby.
I have no complaints and had a good stay.

Jacuzzi was closed. That was the main reason I was staying there. Nothing on website about it being closed. Pool hours were short. I wanted to take a swim before checking out and the pool didn’t open until noon.

They overbooked and I’ve been charged 100% and Bookings hasn’t even contacted me about this! BS!

We have emailed booking.com for a refund given the hotel was overbooked by 34 rooms according to the front desk. We have not heard from anyone yet… we will dispute this charge.

When we arrived at the property, we were told they had no rooms! I paid in advance for the room, yet they overbooked by at least 33 rooms according to the person at reception. They said it was a computer error.

They overbooked and we were confirmed and payed ahead of time but they didn’t have rooms for us.

Location was central to needed businesses as I was on a tight schedule. Also, fruit at the free breakfast was awesome.
Night clerk could not break a $50 bill so your maid couldn't receive a tip. Otherwise, stay was wonderful.

Update the inside of the building would make this a great bargain.

Pool was not working. The location is ok, but not easy to walk anywhere from there.

temperature that weekend was in upper 80’s
will be back in Wenatchee in June but will not be staying here and neither will anyone else on the team.

I really appreciated that there was 3 beds in the 1 room so 1 for my daughter, 1 for the adults and 1 for our twin boys, without having 2 separate rooms it helped a lot
I vaguely remember the stay so not so great that I'll never forget it but had surgery on that trip as well so probably after effect of the drug given to me while in surgery, idk

The only problem was the couple next door was very loud. My daughter in law and I didn't get much sleep. It would have been a good trip except for that. It was disappointing that we had to put up with that.
