Double charged!!!!

DOUBLE CHARGE!!! DESTROYED OUR FAMILY GET TOGETHER BECAUSE FAILED TO BOOK HOTEL!!!!

Loved the lobby and courtyard.

Window not opening at all (for safety reasons). Everything else was outstanding.

Our accommodations were changed due to an AC being out. The staff informed us that we would receive 20% off our stay, which we never received.

Very hard to beat the location! The parking situation concerned me, but turned out to be very convenient--no problem at all.

The street noise was only a minor irritant--not a problem. It didn't disrupt our sleep, and we acclimated overnight.

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was delightful. There is a large fireplace, and outdoor dining. Everything was spotless and clean.

it’s a beautiful hotel walking distance to good food, drinks, shopping.

TV didn't work and at night time couldn't sleep due a people noise in their room

Quite a bit of noise from next door room. Also, windows need soundproofing.

I didn’t have breakfast. Excellent location to restaurants and entertainment that are all walkable from the hotel. And the hotel is beautiful in an old world style. The huge fireplace with seating was a real treat as it was cold outside.

Stately building. Nice town. Free parking. Tasteful spacious lobby.

Ridiculous noise level with single-paned windows. Insouciant staff. All a little shabby. Our room’s old alarm clock went off at 6:00 a.m. Bad night’s sleep.

the staff at the bar, were less than friendly. customer fundamentals were absent.

Good location. Very quiet and comfortable.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the fresh coffee every morning in the lobby and the happy hour in the evenings. Location can't be beat-all of the shops and restaurants right out the door.

A little street noise, but the air filter/fan provided in the room helped with that. The elevator was broken a couple times during our stay, but they fixed it quickly, so it wasn't an issue for us.

the location of the hotel is fantastic.

the ‘upgraded’ room we were given faced the alleyway and freeway. the result? the hotel bar emptying trash cans full of glass bottles into the dumpster late into the evening, semi trucks and loud cars flying down the highway throughout the night, and garbage trucks emptying dumpsters at 6:30am! needless to say, there was not a lot of sleep taking place
