This is my third weekend at this hotel. It offers complimentary bottled water but it’s never there.

My room was clean and the hotel was in good shape for an older facility. The staff was very friendly and gave me information and the help I needed during my stay.
Coffee and danish at least would be nice for breakfast.

You could tell that the hotel was newly renovated in some areas as mentioned on the web page.
The location is not the greatest as it's surrounded by older neighborhoods. The parking lot and outside appearance of the building looked run down. The lobby was presentable and looked newly remodeled in some areas. The restaurant was not open which was disappointing after a long day of travel getting to the hotel. The elevators were old and unclean. The room I stayed in was newly renovated however, the bathroom shower did not appear to be clean and fixtures old. My toilet also continuously ran so I had to open the tank to fix it. The bed was comfortable but there were no cable channels as you would typically find in other hotel establishments at this price point. I personally do not recommend a stay here for the cost.

literally nothing except the front desk staff were quite pleasant.
The pool and all the eating facilities were closed. One of the beds seemed broken (it was fine I just moved to the other one. The wifi didnt work which was very inconvenient. One of the lights and the plug didnt work. Generally the hotel was tired, there were zero facilities, and nowhere near how I'd expect a 4 star Radisson to be.

There is black mold in the room. I told the front desk and he said I needed to email the pictures of it. Gave me an invalid email address
Checking in there was a wait cause the front desk employee can't read a map when a guest was asking for directions.
The bathtub dripped the entire time and the plug didn't seal so no baths
The carpet was ripped in several spots.
All amenities were unavailable claiming covid reasons.
Bed was hard and uncomfortable, blankets were stiff and itchy.
Located next to a medical center and it looks like patients roam the halls at night

It’s old, outdated. Needs a refurbish. Internet access non existent. Reserved queen bed. Got two doubles. NO ONE here yet we’re told no king rooms available. Best guess is they are short staffed.

There where several complaints about bed bugs, mold, tubs that didn’t work, and holes in the ceiling. My room was not the cleanest either.

THE POOL WAS CLOSED, THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED SO THAT MEANS MY CHILDREN HAD NO RECREATION OR FOOD. IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES AT ALL.

Location was close to where we needed
Well we chose our specific hotel because of the pool and breakfast. Both were closed not due to covid and there was no warning until check in. Our daughter was super disappointed. I would have chose a different hotel if I could have!

They promised us %50 off for the whole stay at check in because of no hot water and the closed pool which not on the website at booking. Then they only gave us 50% off for one night. The pool is closed. There was no hot water for three full days. The linens were disgusting. The carpet was gross. The curtains were falling apart. It is in a bad area. One elevator was down and the other was scary. We should have checked out upon seeing it but all of the other hotels were booked. It is a bait and switch. Do not stay.
