One of the receptionist was in her own world when we had to say "Excuse me" "Hello" "Hi There" Excuse me I have a question" "Hello?" All with at least 10 seconds of pause between each hello and excuse me. Whent through that whole spiel over once more. thought maybe she was sleeping as her head was down. But no she was awake just waiting to acknowledge us when she was good and ready. So yeah you may encounter this when you approach the desk. Otherwise the rest of the staff was great especially the breakfast host she is absolutely wonderful.

The staff was friendly and we were able to park close to our room.

The electric went out and we didn't get breakfast because the power went out. We had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. We requested a late checkout since the power went out so we could wait for the power to come back on but we were denied a courtesy late check out. We couldn't enjoy a hot shower because the power went out and there was no back up generator. The bed was very hard and the room could use some updates.

the staff (front desk receptionist) was very rude and unprofessional during the whole stay and I wouldn’t stay here again!

was told we could not bring food(breakfast) up to room, but we could order a pizza or other food. that makes no sense. staff was outside smoking anytime there was a question

I didn’t like the unprofessionalism of the staff the housekeeper complained about getting confetti off the floor said there was a party when in reality I woke up with my children and it was one of there birthdays so we woke up and put balloons and popped confetti 🎉 after I asked were their complaints and was told no then all of a sudden I asked about a second charge they say well the room was left a mess so who is cleaning it I go back up and literally only thing up there is confetti and balloons a case of water and soda we left with snacks as a favor to the housekeeping staff that which I spoke with Calvin and he’s housekeeping and said himself he appreciated the favors left behind moral of it all they are unprofessional they have no respect for the customers and clearly they hate their jobs so they come to work and whine about doing their jobs to the customers. I would definitely not recommend staying with them at all . crazy part is I’m a choice member stayed in many choice hotels free because I’m a loyal customer I travel for work so I typically like the atmosphere of choice hotels but after this one here NEVER AGAIN .

I got really really bad bed bug bites. They are painful and all over my body. I must have 50 large bites. I’m going on a steroid today. yes- that’s how bad they are. I will never stay there again.
