The young lady checking us in was very pleasant
The pool was out of service, we chose this hotel for the pool - paying a higher price. Nothing noted in the website when we booked the room letting us know.
There were two employees sitting at the table while we were getting breakfast. I was working with my special needs daughter, trying to explain to her how the waffle maker worked, one of the ladies yelled at my daughter ! Mind you, my hands were physically on my daughter and it was clear that my husband and I were handling the situation (she flipped the waffle maker handle 3 times instead if once). But when I say yell, I am not exaggerating.

I did not like anything about this place
Firstly, they did not have my confirmed paid reservation from Booking.com. I had to pay for an additional room that was not what I needed.
THIS PLACE IS FILTHY!!. The room AC was not working. The carpet in the room might have originally been green( I’m not sure) but now it was covered with so much dirt I couldn’t be sure. We did not walk around the room barefooted.
The TV was falling off the wall and only 2 channels worked.
The room smelled of mildew and cigarettes.
I couldn’t wait to get out the next day.

The property was ok could use some updating but the continental breakfast and kitchen staff was horrible for almost $200 a night and for it to be the Hilton brand I expected better!

Hot tub was down without anyone telling us. Only reason we booked that hotel. Front desk was VERY slow at check in. The hotel guests were extremely loud.

The hallways and elevator were not very clean. Trash through out the hallways. Breakfast wasn’t that great not one the best we have had

The room was large; breakfast was good.
Furniture in the room was broken; neighbors were extremely loud; the pool was overrun with a large group of children with not enough adults to monitor; hotel staff was rude, dismissive and did not process my reservation accurately, leading to my credit card being charged for my stay twice; it was fairly difficult to get the hotel’s staff to refund the overpayment.

The exceptional staff
First room had a broken pull out bed that we expected to use. The staff was nice enough to switch our room but the second room had a dirty sheet on the pull out and since it was late, there was no housekeeping and we end up having to change the sheets. The icing on the cake was waking up to see at least 3 small rolling bugs on the hard floor. Luckily we only had to stay the one night.
