The view was great! Room was comfortable,especially for the price! Everything worked! Would stay again

There were gaps around the entry door and the conjoining which made the outside noise a little louder. You could tell in the bathroom that the room has had better days and could use some love.

Everything was bad. It’s run down and needs to be shut down.

The thermostat cover was missing. Had a note placed I’ve fit saying it would be fixed. Never fixed in the four nights we stayed. One bed had to be propped up w a suitcase bc the bar underneath was broken. No clean towels for us to shower our last day there. Also the shower curtain piece broke the night before our last night stay and was told it would take two days for someone to fix it

Location and that we arrived early Thursday morning 6 hours before check in time and they had a room ready for us.

Totally fine that when they let us check in 6 hours early they said I would need to come back and get towels. That laundry didn’t have them ready. Got in our room, 1st floor, could walk straight out the patio to the beach so that was awesome. But the room was horrible. The king bed squeaked with every move. The sheets were nasty on one side of the bed on the edge. The room is very out dated and old. Nothing like the photos at all. My friend thankfully had Lysol sanitizer wipes and she wiped every single thing in the room down including pulling out her Cinderella moved and cleaning the floors with the wipes. They were black! I do not know if these floors have ever been mopped. But the thing that floored me the most was that the bathroom trash can was a MOP BUCKET!!! The ice machines did not work. We asked for clean towels on Friday and was told no laundry yet. So thankfully we had hung them up to reuse just in case. On Saturday we wanted clean towels and wash clothes. Asked for new ones at the front desk and was told again they didn’t have any to come back at 5:30. We finally said to hell with it and thankfully used the last clean beach towel we had brought and the 4 of us shared it. Saw several large bugs inside our room as well. Honestly the management should be ashamed and embarrassed. All I had to be thankful for was the air worked and the toilets flushed and there was running water! And that I was at least able to take damn rolls of toilet paper off maid carts because there is no daily service.

Rooms need to be cleaned thoroughly. Great loc as tion.

Room dirty,, both mattresses in bad conditioning slept slanted it's like the mattress caved in,, 2 boogers on bathroom wall,, mold on sheets on one of the beds, floor probably not mopped,, my daughters friends bed she slept in looked like big hole in the middle she literally slept in a hole

Nothing, as I did not stay because the elevator was broken and I could not access a 4th floor room.

That the hotel did not notify me that the elevator was out so I could have made other arrangements.

Where it was located.

The room was not a 2 room suite. You could call it a one room suite if you will but it had no door on it. The other bed that was supposed to be in a room was in the living room. When you think of a 2 room suite you think 2 bedrooms and a living room area. The fridge has no freezer. The heat didn't work. The wifi didn't work. I went up to the front desk multiple times to see why it wasn't working they were not very helpful. Did not even try to figure out why. They were kinda rude also. I was there for 4 nights. The water does not get very hot and they need to put a longer shower curtain in the rooms with showers like those. Water was all over the floor when you get out. I was supposed to a bathtub in my room and it was just a shower. Atleast that is what it said on the rooms I reserved. It also said there was a kitchen and there was not. The beds are just mattresses on a spring bed frame that makes so much noise and very uncomfortable.

the room was dirty and had a odor to it! we saw a roach crawling across the floor! the couch that was on the room was stained and nasty and the floors looked like they had never been mopped!

No towels or rags

We had a room that was on the bottom floor that made us feel like we were in a utility closet... There was only one towel for two people for 2 days with no washcloths even went to the front counter ask for washcloths she told her she had none... There was no extra blankets and had two beds in that room.... When we turn on the AC heater unit that was located in the ceiling it rattled so loudly and even had sheetrock dust falling...... The cable TV there was two neither one of them had good service... The reception was fuzzy and unable to watch... We had a coffee maker but there was no coffee pods nor cups.... All in all we left a day early only spent a total of 9 hours possibly in our room we are so upset and was so disappointed we were truly looking forward to the first time we had ever been in Panama Beach City Panama Florida and I truly understand that it was New Year's Eve but I do not understand why this was such a undeserving room... Which we also went to front desk and asked to be moved she said that they were at full capacity and had no rooms I just hope the other guest did not experience the things that my husband and I experience 35 years of marriage and traveling all over this world which we have this is the worst place we have ever encountered... I pray for any family that had to experience what we have experienced..... Unfortunate and uncalled for I think that the BBB needs to check into this place and I will be checking in with them okay

The location/view is amazing. The reception staff were very good even though under a huge amount of pressure.

We had booked 3 rooms. One of these the door would not lock. Another there was no heating and it was 12f outside. This room also had huge gaps all around the front door which I had to stuff with bags and towels to stop the wind whistling through. Then when I pulled out the sofa bed there was no mattress. Two of the three rooms had no water (couldn't flush toilets or wash hands), but the third room had hot running water even though we were told the lack of water was a city wide issue. The two rooms with no water, we checked out of a day early, Christmas Day, and are still waiting on a refund. The third room decided to stay as they had water, even though their TV didn't work. We went out for Christmas lunch and when we returned the third room was completely flooded with about 5cm of water all through the room. This was caused by a leak in the ceiling of the corridor outside the room. The property had put a bucket under the leak to catch the water but the bucket had a massive hole in the side of it. All in all quite possibly the worst place I've ever stayed. Our Christmas Day was significantly impacted having to pack up and move hotels and we are still waiting on a refund.

Beachfront rooms with beautiful views

The air conditioner didn't work properly due to the filters being dirty with 2 inches of dirt and dust. Next door other guest sounded like Ike and Tina Turner.

Balcony view

Hotel needs updating. Ive never stayed in a hotel that didn't atleast offer a mini refrigerator or a microwave. This place had a bed, tv, table, toilet, shower, sink. That is all. We got charged for damages and we didn't even stay at the hotel during our visit there because it didn't have any amenities. I paid for nothing.
