Location was good

No pool or hot tub. Rooms were way outdated curb appeal was horrible

Location was great, breakfast was okay had better at other places, couldn't sleep good as the flies in the room, asked for towels and they only left 2 of them.

The pool wasn't open too many flies in my room

I reqired a pool and booking.com showd me a picture of the properties with two pools and it didn't have any when I was going to check in. I told them that I wanted a refund and they told me to call booking.com. I called them only to Be told they were too busy to take the call and thier phones were out of order. The facility was a dump and I'll never use booking.com again. Total disappointment.

Room had no hairdryer & only 1 paper cup, but did get them from front desk. Was asked to return dryer to desk in morning. Desk was vacant any time I went there & had to call on phone to get clerk?

I’m from out of town, I booked online and filled out my information correctly there. When I went to check in the gentleman seemed very pleasant at first then questioned how many people were going to be in my room as if I lied? It was Exactly what I had said online. 4 kids/1 adult. I have local family that came to swim with us and they charge $10 PER PERSON To use their pool as an non staying guest. We paid it to be honest customers and the front desk person tried to tell us we had more people in the pool then we paid for… I felt like $10 a person was just outrageous.. No towels In the pool room (had to ask) and no conditioner or lotion in the rooms either. Quiet rooms but the pool deal was a big issue for me. I’ve stayed across the street before and Never had to pay for my family to come swimming with me as Non guests and the room rate was the same.

Breakfast was very generic and not a lot of options.

The pool was discussing, the breakfast wasn't the best, and I think I got bedbugs from my room.

Indoor pool area with wonderful hot tub was exceptionally clean. Friendly front staff. Clean room. Comfy beds. Large TV. Mini fridge and microwave. Free breakfast with waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereals, toast, rolls, muffins, coffee and juice in a separate room down the hall. Great location with nearby restaurants and shopping. We'll stay again when in the area.

Although there were rooms that you could park directly in front of which we prefer, we had to go through the hallway. However, our room was close to the back exit which eliminated extra walking. Evidently only two rooms allowed dogs. $10 dog fee per dog. No coffee maker. Only two sets of towels for 3 adults. Noises from people in room directly above ours.

Even though there was an outside entrance to the Room, there was also an inside entrance to the Room from the hallway... I liked TV and it's service. I liked comfortable chair. The non smoking Room at a motel that's not a chain of motels.

The price Is a little too high.

I needed two rooms for four guests so booked a cheaper hotel. Quality was as anticipated. Needed maintenance, room was smelly, shower broken, a little grimy, yet no bed bugs nor other infestations. You get what you pay for from a budget brand.

I booked two rooms for four guests, 1 Adult, 1 Child in each room. I stayed alone in the single room (1 Adult) whilst my daughter and her two friends (3 Children) stayed in the double room. This is a technicality, so I get it, but hotel charged me an extra $10 because of having three people in one room, even though I booked two rooms for four people and four people stayed. Was charged extra for no real reason because my daughter could've stayed in my room. [Also, there is no option to book a room, one for parent, one for kids without choosing adult in room when booking] On entering foyer on last day, desk clerk was also changing the rate, higher, on another guest. So when booking this hotel, Eco-Lux, be prepared to pay higher than the rate quoted on Booking.com.
