Sehr schön ausgestattet Zimmer mit allen Extras, die man sich wünscht. Es hat mir an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool hat mir ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen.

Ich fand das Frühstücksangebot nicht sonderlich umfangreich und auch das Menü für Snacks und Lunch nicht besonders ansprechend. Ebenfalls finde ich das Parken in der Tiefgarage könnte günstiger sein.

Exceptional staff; very friendly and attentive. The property is well maintained and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival we found that there was an issue with the tv. Maintanence arrived promptly and could not resolve the issue, however the front desk quickly offered to move our room and we were delighted to find that we were offered a much larger corner balcony room. This was very appreciated and is just one example of the great staff. I also need to acknowledge the pool attendants and bar staff as they were excellent.

The walls are quite thin so noise from outside or from other rooms can be heard easily. Only valet parking is available so the price is very high, however this is stated prior to booking and it is expected given the location.

Hotel hermoso, todos los detalles cuidados, toda la cadena Palihotel es impecable y la zona es espectacular! Sin dudas se recomienda.

Comfortable rooms, well appointed with soft towels. Housekeeping very good. Clean bathrooms. Lovely staff.

There was no low fat milk available for coffee which was a bit strange as they had oat milk. Location ok but had to uber everywhere - neighbourhood felt a little unsafe to go walking.
