THE LOCATION WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, VERY NICE AND CONFORTABLE ROOM. BED WAS VERY GOOD AND THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN AND PERFECT FOR ONE TO TWO PEOPLE.

PARKING COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, MORE SPACE. THE BREAKFAST NEEDS SOME WORK, THE FOOD WAS HOT BUT NOT ENOUGH VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM.

the rooms needs deep cleaning, bathroom was awful! a lot of dust and buildup between doors in bathroom tub needs replaced toilet wasn’t cleaned, I had to ask for new sheets because hair was on the ones when we first got there. I think the rooms needs some updating done.

Free WiFi. Next to Waffle House. Closeish to our event. Staff at checking was very nice and helpful.

CLEANLINESS!!!! Dried blood on the floor. Grime on shower head and shower floor. Hair strands, crumbs, dirt in the bed indicative of sheets not being changed after previous guest. Housekeeping coming around at 8:30am on Sunday when checkout is at 11am waking EVERYONE up for no reason. Drugs found on the bathroom floor.

The location is convenient to Auburn University. The continental breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and cooperative when I asked for my room to be re-cleaned.

Even though my room had been cleaned, the sheets had MANY short dark hairs on the sheets. Also, the water in the room tasted funny.

There were roaches in the room everywhere. There was people walking around in boxers and smoking weed. The room smelled like a musty mildew. We left and did not stay.

When we checked in and went to the room, the room smelled like Marijuana. We went back to the front desk and canceled our reservation.

It was so awful that we were not able to stay there. There was mold, water damage, feces around toilet and a smoke alarm that looked like it had been ripped from the wall. The room was not clean at all.

Everything. The staff was cooking their own food at the continental breakfast area, they tried to give me a new room when the first was uninhabitable. The second room was equally disgusting, blood on mattress, bed bug cover ripped, no lighting and dust everywhere.

the wallpaper/paint was peeling off the wall, overall just dirty, gum stuck to the lamp that only half worked. And there was blood or red paint on the edge of one of the pillow cases.

the first room I was put in was beyond filthy. went to the office and was put in another room that was slightly cleaner. dust everywhere, other people’s hair on all the bedding, mini fridge disgusting.

Check-in was quick and pleasant, the room was clean…the pillows and bed were clean and comfy…

The room needs some general maintenance and repair, there was some kind of musty smell, not overpowering but lingering. . .not sure if the in-room fridge worked or not, i opened it and couldn't tell if it was cold. . .the shower curtain rod was barely attached to the wall which caused a sag in the curtain and then the bathroom to flood. The peeling paint job could stand to be refreshed…then there was some kind of rave going on at 345 in the morning (not the hotels fault, just a cranky old man complaint) . . .

Old and musty smell. dirty. towels from the previous guests in the bathroom. dirty floor. gross. would t have stayed but everywhere was booked. Didn’t have right room or early check in time even though we had arranged prior. staff was able to fix room.

We were told at the desk to make sure to keep my girls close because there were "contractors" there. It made me feel very uneasy about staying. When we went to the room there was food on the dresser and the fridge was full of groceries. We ended up canceling our stay.
