Non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. We reserved 2 queens. Had to take a King because there were no handicapped bathrooms with queen beds available. Parking lot was full of 30-40 people standing and sleeping outside all day. Very noisy.

Great Location near all shopping and restaurants…

The one front desk worker she was rude few times I didn’t get her name, but she had long blonde hair with tattoos on her leg she wasn’t real friendly during breakfast one morning she let food almost run out before stocking breakfast for other guests. She was told by guests that someone spilled drink she heard way got it up. And ask her questions about needing stuff clean towel she acted like it wasn’t her job so she got with the cleaning lady to bring us some… every other person working there was nice and we did have a great trip…

Had a little mix up checking in,but clerk worked until it was straighten out .Everything went really well. Got to check in early. Kids really enjoyed the pool.

The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and we were in good position for shopping and dinner

It was nice the only thing we are not smokers and we received a smoking room. I was not aware that they had smoking rooms anymore. And no one at the front desk when I checked in let me know that, and that we we’re giving a smoking room. We may have not stayed there if we hadn’t driven all day to get there we were really tired. So we kept the room.

Let your customers know that they had been given a smoking room. It was really smelly. We may have went to another place because it had been sold out.

They canceled my reservation and stated that booking canceled it! I even showed them that it was still confirmed! T

My check-in time was at 4 but was informed when I got there at 4:00 p.m. that my room wasn’t ready yet. So I checked in after 4 and I feel I shouldve been refunded some of my money back.

Stayed in a room with no blinds instead they had sheets hanging. I booked two nights separately and they gave me the room that wasn’t done properly when they remodeled.
