Hotel was clean. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

The a/c went out in my room. When I booked online I was told it was no pets allowed but I saw guests bringing pets in. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room or changed out towels even though I requested this to front desk.

It was down the street from water park

Breakfast was okay. Pretty standard for 3 star properties. One elevator was not operating a couple of times, which is tough when a property is full. The staff, however, was exceptional! Always felt like I was acknowledged as well as appreciated.

We have stayed at Hampton Inn for years and always loved it. The room was small, the carpet had stains on it, the shower was moldy, the bed was hard. We had requested additional pillows when we booked and when we got to our room, there were no extra pillows. We went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and were given only 1 pillow, said that was all they had. They used to have fresh baked cookies in the afternoon at other Hampton Inn's, we were told this location doesn't have them. They didn't have milk for our coffee available (even to purchase at their little market) to take to our room refrigerator. We had to go to Walmart. There were kids running up and down the hallway on our last night there. The front desk staff was okay but not overly friendly. We will probably stay at another hotel when we come back.
