We enjoyed staying there everyone was very nice to us

We were only able to get one channel on the TV

HOLBROOK,,AZ staff, particularly Laura, the nice lady who worked in the afternoon to late evenings. The hotel was basically run down in Holbrook, Arizona. I was there on a family court matter with my disabled son. Laura was wonderful. She did more than anyone would ever expect by keeping me calm and making sure we had everything we needed to be safe and comfortable. She even went out of her way to speak to me and help so much that Si must say the owner needs to thank her and give this lady a raise. The owner should also bring this hotel up to a better quality for the customer. The toilet clogged up constantly and their wasn’t hardly any HOT WARER! There also wasn’t a blow dryer in the room, so I couldn’t wash my hair. What’s going on with the owner? This Quality Inn hotel needs a new owner who cares about his customers and his employees.

Nothing. I was in room 110, the building looks like it’s falling down in Holbrook, AZ. The toilet clogged up and didn’t work. I had to get a plunger twice. The hot water wasn’t hot, it was Luke warm and the water smelled funny.

Nothing!! Everything about this place was bad!! We checked in @7p, receptionist gave us our room, #120, 2 queen beds, sat on bed and it collapsed! And smoke detector was covered with a walmart bag! Went to front desk, lady was very pleasant and apologized mentioning maintenance crew needs to go over many things here. She than gave us room #118, it was a king bed and a sofa bed. Not what we needed for the night. So, I go back to front desk, the attendant was very nice to put us in a 2 queen bed room, #114. It smelled bad, towels had holes, ironing board, in both rooms, were broken, couldn't iron my clothes in the morning, had to wait half hour for water to warm up, and sink drained slow!! But we stayed due to no refund allowed! Hated to spend over $100 for a dump!! No ice machine, breakfast was terrible, no yogurt, no protein, waffle mix looked left over from the day before, coffee tasted day old, no fruit, no staff to ask questions during mealtime, and this was all before 7am!! And why are there phones in the rooms, it has no connection??

Not having; eggs and bacon, or sausage, or biscuits and gravy, even any fruit for breakfast, would have been nice, for a $100 a night room.

Generally all was okay

no tv service, no advance notice on this. No offer of reduced rate. very dated decor.

Convenient location

The bathroom was not clean. Something brown smeared behind the bathroom door. Bed was lumpy

it was nice and quiet and they had hot breakfast.

The first room I was in the tv didn’t work and the bed or pillow kind of smelled.

Once again pool closed .I chose this hotel because of this won t use Quality Inns again .and booking.com don't show photos of hotel pools unless guaranteed open have had this now 4 times .Will try a different booking site I think .

room was dirty. behind toilet bathroom fan and bathroom door. no cable tv. not working. reserved king room. not available when arrived.

Pet friendly room with pee on bed frame and ottoman. Dog hair on baseboards and paper pieces on floor. Bed broken and one side kept falling off frame.

Staff very polite. Room ok, just older.

we chose this property for the pool . was told at check in the pool had not had water in it for over a month. The room had very poor maintenance. Carpets old and dirty . was not able to lay down and sleep . was very disappointed in this facility .

Breakfast was not very good. Poor selection of food. Food was very bland and basic.

Pool was empty in July, saying on sign " closed for season". .....so when is the season if not in July?.
