It was just ok

TV didn’t work , look for broken or damaged pieces, items and report it right away or they’ll try to charge you.

It was ok nothing too great about this place.

I forgot my work boots, I called management and reported to them to hold on to my boots. Well when I got there my experience work boots were missing. So when it comes down to it they have untrustworthy workers. Head of housekeeping and the owner didn’t know where my boots were at. I lots out on my $279 boots! I’d think twice about staying where there are theives working.

Mattress very uncomfortable and the hotel does not appear to have been updated in a while.

Most important, very clean. It was also quiet and the bed was comfortable. Conveniently located next to a gas station and the highway. No issues. I would gladly stay here again.

Everything was good.

The room was clean and tidy.

The so-called continental breakfast was extremely lean--very little to choose from

Attracted like minded travelers and families.

There was some old dried dog feces in the rear and around the perimeter. No Doggie waste bags.

proximity to O’Hare airport and in-house restaurant

despite talking to two persons and discussing our flight times (we did park and fly staying at hotel on both ends of trip), neither of them told me the airport shuttle didn’t run past just short of midnight. that required us to take a taxi both ways and cost an extra $90! Had I been informed of the shuttle time schedule, I would have booked a different hotel.

Clean, good beds

Tiny bathroom, no coffee in room, free breakfast a joke and out of coffee by 7 am
