When we went to the reception to report the bedbugs we immediately received another room.
We had bedbugs on the sheets and mattress

Convenient location on way to Flagstaff. Good price.
AC had very loud fan and could t fall asleep (stayed during heat wave so needed to get my body to cool down). Didn’t sleep well. Room smelled like old furnishings. Check in room highly perfumated or had very strong air freshener that wasn’t great. WiFi was horrible (barely worked at times).

When I got there the manager was drunk told me to get a room with a bathtub I had to pay $10 extra what she didn't tell me was the bathtub wasn't a bath it was still just a shower there was no way to have a bath charged me extra for the bathtub and then wouldn't reimburse me the extra fee that she charged me I end up paying $103 instead of 66
Manager was drunk and not friendly I suggest nobody ever go to this hotel

They changed the price when I got there....it did not reflect the charge your app said it would be to $72.00. I know it's not much, but they said your company charges them 3.00 so that's what I would be charged and the room was 69 not 60. Not sure what the deal is but please contact them and let me know because it was a little like bait and switch.

Friendly staff
We got the room with 3 beds and one bed had dirty sheets so we couldn't even use it. Floors were dirty, tub filled when taking a shower. Heater cut off during the night in 20° weather. It was freezing in there.

Staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Very poor maintenance around the property - broken glass, burned out light bulbs, lights that did not work, ice accumulations on walks, air conditioner motor burned out. Tried to charge us more for the rooms than the confirmed Booking.com price.

It was in a near city
The reception lady was one of the unfriendliest persons we have ever met! She even did Tex to fool us with extra costs on the room. This energy there was so sad! She did ruin our stay

The night manager insisted the sheets had been cleaned and insisted I sleep with them. In addition, the heat control was not working properly and there was no hot water. After more than 30 minutes of extremely uncomfortable dialog, I immediately left when the manager would not refund or provide the accommodation, I paid for with a non-refundable reservation.

I had a paid and confirmed reservation for $65.00 with booking number and when I got there at 9pm, the staff said the new price was $100.00 "since it was the last available room." I was told rudely that the rate was non-negotiable even with proof of reservation. Since no other rooms were available in Holbrook because of a snowstorm in Flagstaff, I paid the extra fee. I would not stay here again...!

The location of the motel just next to the Greyhound bus stop. Free morning coffee.
None of the electric appliances (microwave, refrigerator) worked and the room itself was quite worned out. I interpreted that as wish to have a genuine historic Route 66 experience.
However, I had a very inconvenient experience at check-out. Namely, I had booked a room using booking.com engine for US$66.83 and guaranteed it with my credit card. The booking confirmation contained the claim “The final price shown is the amount you'll pay to the property” including 11.38 % TAX, plus fine-print explanation “Your card issuer may charge you a foreign transaction fee”.
At check-out, I was told that my credit card was not charged. OK, I can pay at site. To my surprise, the amount was US$77.63. After some explanations we agreed on US$69.17 as the difference US$2.34 could be interpreted as transaction fee. I paid that amount. Next day a surprise arrived: US$77.63 was also charged to my credit card. To my eyes, it is garish cheating: first making an attempt to charge much more than agreed during booking, and charging this higher amount second time. I recommend that booking.com should terminate cooperation with this motel.

Great location easy find. It was very clean and quiet. Also very easy to book and even easier check in. She even came to check on us about 20 mins after we got settled to make sure everything was OK. Overall excellent place to stay.
