The only good thing was the sweet woman who checked us in, very nice and knew her job.

Where to begin?? I choose this location because we were touring FSU and despite some bad reviews this is usually our go to hotels around the country but … My children and I walked in the room and it smelled so bad, we found out shortly after that it was coming from the sink and toilet…every time you flushed the toilet it sounded like it backed up into the sink! Next the A/C did not work well at all, it barely cooled off the 2 nights we were there and I had it turned all the way down. The floor was sticky near the refrigerator you can tell room was not cleaned well. The breakfast was not good at all barely any choices. Elevator sounds like it’s going to just give up and stop as well, my family and I usually choose to stay in Comfort inn and suites over other hotels, but this is the 2nd experience I have had so will not be returning. Not worth the money I am being charged.

The location was convenient.

The room was dingy, musty and very hot. The entire floor smelled like marijuana and the door did not seal properly so it was coming in our room. I didn’t feel very safe here either. The side door going out to the parking lot did not seem to lock right.

This was the second time my husband I stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring everything that Tallahassee has to offer. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room itself was spacious and clean, and bed was extremely comfortable. The swimming pool area was also well-maintained and provided a refreshing retreat from the Florida heat.

first floor rooms were pet friendly and should have been disclosed at time of check in. rooms smelled like wet dog. my fault for not asking.

Breakfast was the same every day. It was a warm breakfast. Egg Patties, Sausage Patties, Biscuits and gravy and DIY waffles. It could have been better, but it was much better than prepackaged or "continental" options available at other locations. Although the price was high compared to other Comfort Suites (there are no actual suites at this location), it is reasonable for the area. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Location is convenient if you are headed to the Capital building.

Bed was uncomfortable. Too firm for my liking and I sleep on a firm bed. It had a 1/4 inch thick pad which did not stay put on the bed. Maid service is still using COVID as an excuse not to clean the rooms daily. I don't tip maid service if they don't do their work. Hotel does not supply shower chairs for disabled guests. I had to sit on the shower floor to bathe.

Good location with plentiful shopping and food options nearby. Complimentary breakfast was good with several food choices. Friendly staff

Sofa bed was not clean. Room had an odor. Not a horrible smell, but would help to open windows to air out
