I booked this hotel in advance and paid in full before check-in. But when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk told me there was no room left. They didn't reserve a room for me. The front desk asked me to go to another hotel myself, but I refused. He ended up giving me a room that hadn't been cleaned since someone else lived, the quilts and sheets that others had used were still on the bed, Kitchen facilities were not fully installed, and parts and semi-finished products were scattered everywhere, and there were a lot of dead cockroaches and stains on the floor. I had to endure the whole night in bad conditions, it was insane.

Breakfast was not very appealing. Not what I would normally eat for breakfast.

I would have liked to have some real milk for the free coffee instead of sweetened cream substitute - I use no sweetener in coffee and do not like powder or half and half. The coffee was good, but black coffee could be improved with milk.

bad relation quality price, we pay only for high season rates, this is a very old building, we reserved for 4 persons and bed clothes weren’t arranged for the additional bed. we had to ask not only for them but towels as well . that’s absurd paying more than eight hundred dollars for day and half. taking into consideration they bill us taking advantage of the season service should be leveled to it

Everything was clean and the workers were nice.

You had to ask for EVERYTHING in the kitchen which became inconvenient. Also advertised free breakfast included and there was none.

I loved the staff, they were exceptional! They such a willingness to help and assist!

To much outside noise. People staying above was very noisy, especially at night. Couldn't get coffee when I wanted it
