J'ai aimé la situation géographique de ct hotel qui est en plein ville et à proximité des magasins comme PUBLIX, TJ MAX et bien d'autres restaurants comme MC DONALD.

Mon constat est clair cet établissement ne met pas la propreté dans les chambres et c'est pénible pour un étranger qui viens d'arriver de nétoyer lui même sa chambre

Was close to shopping

They scammed me. Arrived 5 minutes before close and they couldn't give me my room I paid for. The woman at the counter was extremely rude, just more interested in getting off work than helping. Several calls to the hotel and the booking company and I have never been refunded for this stay. They are literally stealing money from people, and the lady at the front desk has a serious attitude and anti customer nature. Very upset.

didn’t have. the room that I ordered the room I was given was very poor in cleanliness and the heater/ ac in the room did not work which I immediately reported and was told call back befoe 9 to see about a swap out and that the room was non refundable I was offered given an extra blanket upon request waiting for a swap out it became to much to deal with and I ended up staying in my car only coming back to see about a refund and or a room swap the next day I was told to wait until after 4 when management. got it to do swap still was not given the room I had ordered or was promised swapped out

The entire staff are professional, kindness and courtesy, and the room are clean rooms and comfortable

They gave me my room then when I went to it the door was open and no sheets like they were just cleaning it so when I went to the office they call housekeeper I waited 2 hours they should have gave me another room I was tired of driving

I didn’t like anything about the property the place was nasty and disgusting and rude employee and wet bathrooms I mean it was a mess and I wanted to file a lawsuit

the rooms the beds the leaking water used shower like bugs it was gross
