The location is great as we were attending a show at the Civic Center so we were able to walk to it.

Easy to find. Has an indoor pool (however, it was under renovation during our stay). Spacious seating area for the FREE breakfast.

it’s very clean overall but it is an older building so it shows in the carpet wear/walls and rooms and bathrooms in the room. Our particular room had stains on the curtains. There was grimy stuff on the remote, light switch in the bathroom and the bathroom door. It easily wiped off with a wet towel so it seems like it was missed when cleaning. Plus we found an old pastry under the sink in the corner of the bathroom and some garbage under the curtain. Those were missed during cleaning too, apparently.

The breakfast was good and had lots of room to sit down in.

We had a hard time regulating the heat In the room and the heater was noisy. The room itself was fine. The heater situation needs to be fixed. The workout room needs to be bigger and the belt on the treadmill needs to be replaced!
