The manager and staff gave awesome customer service. Cindy greeted us with a smile. And it continued other staff members throughout our week long stay.

The lady in the morning was really sweet. I didn't catch her name though.

Rates weren't all that great for it being under renovation. There was holes everywhere and it made it very uncomfortable to change. There were dirty sweater in the drawers as if someone is staying there when it's not booked.

Didn’t eat breakfast had to be at work early

The hallway was dirty and paint coming off the walls, the refrigerator in my room didn’t work and there was mold inside and discustingly dirty!,,

This place was trash. Mis represented and overpaid. There was no mention of this online about the hotel being in the middle of a renovation, and not offering breakfast. The light switches didn’t work, the TV was basically sitting on the floor with the cable line going through a dishwasher that also didn’t work. All while paying a premium for things we did not get

Hotel under construction. pool not available.. No breakfast just coffee. Bed so close to AC you can only get out in one side. Horrible paint jobs and halfway finished fixtures in room. Bathroom door almost touches toilet.

Specifically got this hotel for the pool, when we arrived it’s filled with mattresses and other random junk. When I booked I was told it was open and working. Then the carpets were partially ripped off the floor in the room we were staying in. Finally the staff is a joke. When checking out the gentleman “helping” us was clearing high/drunk or something. We were only here for a day.
