The ease of checking in. The offerings for breakfast. Noise level and location
The stains on the sheets, the bed wasn't comfortable, the patchwork in the restroom were visible.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. The pool area was a hit especially the hot tub.
We could hear everything above us and in the hallway. It didn’t seem like our air was working properly.

The space around the bed closest to the window was limited, so it made it hard to get out the bed without waking others.

they put me in a room that has previously had pets in it when I specifically asked for them NOT TO. I have 2 WORKING SERVICE DOGS they were distracted by the other scents left behind by previous animals. this could have cost me my life. UNACCEPTABLE

The person who checked us in was rude and argumentative. The heater was SO LOUD we couldn't sleep at all. I let the person I was checking out with know the situation and they acted as if I was bothering them. Didn't offer an apology just ok cool I'll let maintenance know. And dont get me started on the stains on the couch. 2/8 will never stay again.

The room had repair needs issues. Carpet was torn and frayed where it met the walk-in entrance. The carpet tacks were exposed and I stepped on them, which did not feel good. The bathroom floor was very filthy and frankly, disgusting. The grout is black and the corner of the walls where they meet the tub had grime and hair accumulated.
