location was good. close to interstate with a lot of food and shopping options within minutes. All staff we interacted with were friendly.

Beds were like rocks, lights from gas station outside room shined in all night, couch looked and felt very worn and had no extra bedding for sofa bed. Towels in bathroom were stained. Dated. We were only there for an overnight stop so it was fine for a night.

the pool was open and the breakfast was good. the room was a decent size and the king size bed was comfortable.

when we walked in the room was set at 82 degrees it was so hot it almost made you sick. the room didn’t smell clean and there was splash marks from some kind of liquid all over the rolling desk chair. and the sleeper sofa had stains and cigarette burns on the couch cushions and then when I pulled out the sleeper for our son to sleep on there were dirty socks hanging from the frame. then when the mattress unfolded there were brown stains on the mattress as well when I went to look for an extra set of sheets in the closet there were none. when I called the front desk I was told I’d have to come down for them. the elevator was super slow every time we used it and when I got down to get them I was given a set of sheets and one blanket and no extra pillows for him to use. it was very frustrating and disappointing. the bathroom also had dark hairs all over the floor and in the tub.

the general upkeep of the property. Stayed 4 days and there was a large spill outside the front of the front door area. looked very dirty.

Sofa bed frame broke(we made it work) and had to ask for bedding for it...but also know some remodeling is happening soon. Pool temp could be warmer.

-We had issues with the toilet not being able to flush several times -I got a bug bite while sitting on the couch that turned into a welt (my suspicion is a bed bug bite) -Stains on the couch, throughout the carpet -The place definitely needs updating and refurbishing

Loved the cleanliness of the facility in general, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, great atmosphere overall. Would definitely stay here again.

Mattresses were a little worn/old but still in decent shape and good price value. Market prices for in-hotel snacks/drinks were a little high, but overall can't really say much that I didn't like.

This was a perfect location for us while visiting family and friends.

The carpet in our room had seen better days, ex.: walking into the bathroom from the bedroom the edges were frayed. The couch in our room was not comfortable to sit on at all.

first room the door was not locked when we went to go in and would not lock once inside. Was given another room that was better but the heat was on and around 80f inside. took several hours for it to cool down even a little. TV remote was missing the battery cover so the batteries would fall out constantly. property just looked run down.

I like the location. It was close to stores & restaurants. It was about a 22 min drive to the children's museum. The breakfast was good. My son loved the pool. Overall stay was good. Would definitely stay here again

The only thing was the pillows were to flat and the bed was ok. Woke up with my back hurting a little. Overall stay was good.

Staff was great ,location was great also.
