Breakfast was fine. I'm not a pancake or waffle person. Location is right off the highway, very convenient.

Elevator

The entire property is very dirty, from floor to ceiling. The breakfast is not worth waking up for. Currently I am being charged twice for my stay, and the hotel management says there’s nothing I can do but wait for their “accidental” second charge to go away. We will see if it does or if they charge me twice. Apparently there is a glitch in their system that they are aware of and will not inform you of, so if you want to avoid bank issues I would not recommend this hotel. Also, our door was un-openable. We had to slam it with our shoulders every time to try and get it open.

The location was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were locked out of our room for an extended period of time. The lock was broken so we had to wait on maintenance to come in since they were off duty. After a long day of driving and beach walking, it’s very inconvenient and exhausting to not get into your room until almost midnight. Plus all of my child’s medications were locked inside, so I couldn’t just switch rooms (not to mention they were booked up anyway).

Beds were comfy. Shower was good.

There were rolly polly bugs dead in the bathroom, room needed some updates and there were trip pieces missing around the whirlpool bath. The free breakfast had minimal selection.

Door wouldn't close properly. Had to slam it to close. Room had a weird humid wet smell.

Room was clean and maintenance came daily with room cleaning!

I felt their breakfast wasn’t great at all. There wasn’t much to choose from.

Continental breakfast had zero selection. Waffles and oj. I was charged twice for the room, it didnt get fixed until next day. My grandson accidentally stopped up toilet. We were told it may cost us our deposit even though we had and did unclog it ourselves. So I dont think they should be able to keep my deposit when we had to fix it ourselves!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to other amenities - gas station, fast food, and an antique market. It was also easy access to highways and main streets but far enough away that there was no street noise. The rooms were quiet. The hotel had an indoor pool and continental breakfast and the hotel was clean.

The hallway was dim and could use more lights. There is no elevator and we were on the second floor so we needed to bring our suitcases up the stairway. The room they assigned was not yet ready when we went in but staff quickly addressed this and gave us another room. Overall the hotel was small.
