Breakfast was good

The fridge in my room wasn’t working.

The breakfast was good. Location acceptable.

Breakfast too early. Should be 7-10 am.

The price was ok although I’ve had cheaper prices, and the staff was friendly.

I woke up to a spider crawling on me, I was relieved it wasn’t a bed bug, but after that I didn’t get any sleep.. When I finally got completely up and turn on more lights, it was another spider crawling on the floor.

In a four night stay our room keys had to be reset twice. Each time we had to walk around the outside of the building to get to get into our room.

I liked that the property was near more than one hotel rather than secluded. There are a few good restaurants nearby as well!

The room was clean . Bed was comfortable.

Missing chair in room. Numbers could be bigger on doors especial at night. better explanation on how to enter room from outside . didnt like paying the deposit of 100 dollars. and still didnt get back yet on credit card

Bath tab does not work good need work because when you take shower water doesn’t go through well

Beds were really comfy and the room was more spacious than I was expecting.

Weekend breakfast was subpar and staff was aware it didn't meet most people's expectations. Staff is working on it though; however, when I mentioned my disappointment, front desk response was to sign me up for the hotel's brand alliance points as compensation.

The fact that I had to ask for daily towels to bathe if I didn't request for the room to be clean daily 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

The Staff

Hotel under construction and limited breakfast items

Very clean

Always had to go down and get towels. Staff at the front desk was very nice but dress unprofessional. No uniform on at the front desk. Also my first day at the quality Inn the tv wasn’t working in room 309 .

Breakfast was very generic, but was okay. Coffee was good and that was important. I liked the hotel and stayed due to my power off at my home due to the wind storm.

Nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast was very good and ready on time.

Booked a king ,was given double queen. Check-in person was congenial and didn’t wan’t to hassle him so we just lived with it. All ok.

Had a bed

Promised baby bed then didn’t have one, shower sucked, toilet didn’t work one day. Had to request to get a clean room. No pool, only one ice machine on top floor. Poor experience.

Location and except for some wild children running up and down the hallway everything was nice.

The bed was not really comfortable it sank in the middle and creeked when you move around.

Easy to find. Most staff was friendly.

Pool, which was our main reason for booking there, was unavailable for our entire stay. Found a dirty washcloth in our shower upon arrival. Requested the room to be cleaned and returned to find it untouched. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.
