Breakfast acceptable, good room size, quiet, convenient
very slow WiFi, uncomfortable plumbing noise, old worn out desk chair, no A/C after midnight results in stuffy room, safe out if order - hotel staff unable to repair it. No early check-in.

The bed was uncomfortable, not as much padding of the mattress, as other hotels I have stayed at. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and got very steamy. The bathroom metal door frame had many rust spots on top. The breakfast on Friday did not have any bacon or eggs, or fresh fruit. The breakfast on Sat. had all those items and was good. The staff was friendly, and room was clean, although the carpet is worn in the room and hall ways and could use a good shampooing.

Breakfast far exceeded my expectations. Excellent hot meal of eggs, sausage, grits, potatoes and toast/ pastries. Waffles and yogurt available as well as juices and coffee. A great start to my day!
Staff are the best! Check in was quick and easy. The young lady in the breakfast was so friendly and exuberant at 6:30 every morning!

I liked it was close to a Park. The staff wasn't bothersome.
The carpet all throughout the property was disgusting. with small children cleanliness is very important

My room was spotless. Amazing housekeeping staff as well as front desk service. The breakfast was also really good. So much value for a reasonable price.
The only thing I could say is the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool. Outside of that, I honestly had not a single complaint.

The hotels in this area are low in standards and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and if you stay in the Lexington area this is by far the best hotel in comparison. Rooms were large, clean and we had a wonderful stay. I would recommend.

Our room was dirty, the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped, the TV was broken and the dresser was falling apart.

I had to lift up on the door to get it to latch and I had to clean hair out of the tub drain to get it to drain.

I liked the location. The staff was friendly and accommodating and courteous. Breakfast was okay.
The room was not prepped for occupancy - meaning, the room was a little hot (a/c was not turned on ahead of time and we had to wait for the room to get more cool and comfortable). Our bathroom vent was not working and the room clock was broken.

Location was good
I had to changed out of 3 rooms and the fourth room i ended up staying put my first room the microwave was not clean the second room the TV wasn't working the 3rd room the spread on the bed had pink spots on it

This location is on a strip close to all stores.
It was really quiet, which we enjoyed but our room was at the end of the hallway close to the emergency exit stairs and no view. But overall it was good!

The staff was not accommodating with a late check out request and or a room on a higher floor. Also, the breakfast was with limited supply on the second day due to poor scheduling and or ordering by the manager.

no hot water made it very uncomfortable. Went to use laundry room which is quarters and no quarters were available

Staff were excellent, always helpfull and very cheerfull. There was an issue with the room we booked through Booking.com and they resolved this by upgrading us with no fuss.
There are areas in the hotel that need a fresh coat of paint and in our bathroom some of the paint had peeled off, but understand that with Covid it has not been possible for them to get people in to do such jobs.
The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy as face the road, so if possible ask for a room at the back. However, this did not stop us sleeping, it was only early evening and in the morning.
