location & clean room

pool was closed. this property was picked because of the pool and it was not available.

Breakfast was good. Suite was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Great location. Nice lobby.

Thermostat was on 65 in winter time. Took hours to heat up room.

Parking was tough late at night when guests were all there of course.

I am very disappointed in this location. I have stayed here several times and have never experienced this before. I checked into my first room there was a hair sitting directly on the bed. I go talk to the front desk they change my room I left for the afternoon not checking this room (Big Mistake). I come back later that evening to go in and see the room and to my disbelief, this room is worse than the first (pictures attached) I go downstairs to speak with the overnight guy who informs me the manager won't be in until tomorrow and he will write down my concerns and speak with said person. I go down several times the next morning and eventually he tells me she will be in at noon. I finally talk to her and show her the pictures she seems surprised as does the person with her. She then informs me there's nothing she can do due to the fact I booked through a third party and to reach out to them which I did. I then get an email from the third party stating IHG will only be accommodating me 50 dollars for the first room because I didn't make a complaint on the second room in there 2 hours complaint policy. I am very disappointed with how this situation played out they should be ashamed. I also was not very please with their food selection only had turkey sausage as their only meat option for most of our stay so we ate out instead of having breakfast at the hotel. Their cleanliness level and attention to detail seem pretty low since my last visit everything was dusty and untouched. Also as a nice perk, some cookies at night. The breakfast is pretty standard. I would stay here again. Both f my rooms were dirty there were stains on the sheets hair all over the floors in multiple places dried urine and hair on the side and behind the toilet hair n the shower nothing was dust microwave was dirty and smelled of food vents were dusty and dirty
