The bed, noisy heater fan, wrong shower curtain, it was just a cloth curtain.

Hot water. Clean towels Comfortable beds Good cable. Like exterior door and large parking lot. Like non-smoking rooms.

Dirty. Esp bathroom and floors. No breakfast. No coffee in the room. Heater not in good shape -- difficult to adjust Furniture tops dirty refrig dirty. Broken chair Could be great value with attention to cleaning the bathroom and furniture

My room was filthy, couch and carpet had crumb remnants. Office chair looks to have not been cleaned since purchase.

it was dirty the first room had tennis shoes and a half drank beer on the counter. they have continental breakfast on the amnesties no they don’t. coffee pots in the room’s no they don’t. pet friendly no they charge 25 dollars that’s just crazy. Not happy at all if I had my choice it would get a zero.

The grounds and the room was very clean. The staff was very slow and seemed tired or not happy to have guests. The man and the lady at the front desk were pleasant but seemed sad. Our room was very clean. The beds were neatly made and the carpet was very clean. We were okay with our room.

The only thing we did not like was that the roon 44 security door chain did not work. The chain was too short to go thru the licking slide opening. So, that meant that the only room protection we had was the regular door lock itself. We were prepared for any unwanted intruders. Thank goodness we had no trouble with that.

There was no breakfast due to COVID. Location was good.

The room smelled musty and it was dusty. Beds were OK.

The rude couple working there wouldn't let us check out a day early. They said I had to go through Booking.com. They charged us for an extra day, and when we called them, they yelled at my husband. The place was absolutely filthy, which is why we were leaving a day early.

NOTHING.. It was disgusting. The very nice cleaning lady had door open and was making up the beds. Matresses were stained all over. The pillows were actually stained brown from who knows what.GROSS. I was charged 259.00 for one night because when you cancel you have to pay .

Had death in family. Had to cancel. Did not sleep in this disgustingly ran hotel. I stayed in the chair for a few hours. This owner actually called me and wanted another credit card number to give me my refund on 3 nights I cancelled????? Sounds like a well known scam run on gullible senior citizens. Calls usually from India.. But this guy tried it from Michigan.

No breakfast is served at all. Coffee was cold.
