Strong smell of air freshener or cleaner in bedroom was hard on allergies.

It was so close to sight and sound theater and the Mexican restaurant we ate at and enjoyed. Plus Crystal in the gift shop was awesome and help get us an extra ticket to Doug Gabriel morning show.

The breakfast was great! The staff that served the breakfast was so kind and helpful. I loved the gift shop. Good prices and a variety of gifts. The lady that worked in the gift shop was wonderful! She answered all of our sightseeing questions and even drew us a map.( She was also working at the front desk) The snack room was good but we sure did want some white milk and some chocolate milk. Everything was so nice and clean....and beautiful.

Cant think of a single thing! (Except for wanting to buy some milk)

We liked the rooms (microwave and fridge and had a sink outside the bathroom), the staff were so nice and helpful, the pool and patio were great, the breakfast was good, the gift shop was nice, coffee/tea service in the lobby, etc.

No fan in the bathroom.

This hotel was very clean and had a great little breakfast.

I wish they had an outdoor pool but the indoor pool was great. Will stay here again. The staff were all very friendly.

For what we paid per night for the room, we should have had maid service daily. We didn't have any because we didn't ask for it and didn't feel we should have to.

The bed was AWFUL! And the heat/air that was right by the bed was so loud and would go off and on literally ever couple of minutes. We were so tired we couldn’t function during the day! Won’t stay there again! Front desk wasn’t the friendliest….gave us the wrong room and had to come down and figure that out.
