The pet rooms are awesome!!

They were very nice and the pet rooms are awesome!

The privacy and proximity to restaurants. The staff was friendly. The pool was wonderful.

The only problem i had was the room temperature not being controllable.

Very basic breakfast, but was palpable. Location was convenient- close to everything that I was interested in visiting. Easy access to the highway.

Everything was dated and worn. The television in my room didn't work. The entire facility inside and out needs a complete renovation. Lastly, the cockroach in my room made sure that I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. The owners, management and staff should take being in the hospitality business a bit more serious.

Needed to go to front desk 3 times to replace key cards to get into room. pool was under repair , hotel generally in poor condition. How this hotel got an 8.5 rating is a mystery.

The owner was having employee issues. our room needed more cleaning, very dusty probably from the remodel,no one showed up to open the breakfast room.. There was gum stuck to the bottom of the alarm clock that didn’t work.

The staff was awesome. definitely made my stay comfortable...

The pool was closed. Was the only downside.

Breakfast was lacking, but the hotel being right off the highway was convenient

staff was out smoking and no one was at the desk at arrival and check out. Rooms garbage was not taken out and bed were a poor quality. No one was around to ask either.

This property was a real dump and not anywhere close to standards. We walked into the lobby and walked out……unfortunately we made a non cancelable reservation so just lost the $100+ cost. If we can get a refund that would be great but will never make a reservation thru bookings,com for this franchise and defined not this location. John Anderson

good location. easy parking. management made a mistake in assigning us to a room already occupied but made it all good by giving us an upgrade at no additional cost

Sketchy is the word. The backdoor lock is missing. The electronic keys don't always work. The staff is untrained. For example, when the breakfast was missing milk and brought to the staffs attention they offered to walk across the street to get some but didn't. My dog charge was made in cash at the desks request. The beds are old. I personally had to climb behind the tv stand to get the direct tv to work. No light in the back stairway. Front desk staff was no where to be found on numerous occasions. If I was traveling alone I would have left.

The shower head was nice.
