It was a comfy bed
Dirty I had to clean dust everywhere hair and fridge was filthy
Needs upgrades walls are breaking down bathroom tub and shower was 😝

Kids loved the water park.
Garbage bags in hallway with the cleaning cart all night and the next day. Outside door did not lock. A lot of dirt and dust in room. Breakfast shutdown 10 minutes early. Good was the lady brought out cereal and milk for my kids.

The location was alright and close to some restaurants and the mall.
The hotel provides full size shampoo/conditioner and body lotion to the rooms that are already attached to the walls.
Very uncomfortable beds (hard and noisy). Toilet issues (did not flush). Shower issues (the tub build up the water when showering and was not draining properly). Had no tissue in our room. (Minor stuff, I suppose). Breakfast was very disappointing.

could use some finer touches. the room appeared clean but a bit worn. bathroom caulking was uneven and some grout lines weren’t even filled.

the cheap price was the only good thing but you get what you pay for. I will say the breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel due to the fact they make it to order.
the hot tub was cold, the steps are too step in the hot tub. there was damage all around my room and the furniture was so far from comfortable. luckily I just needed a room for like 12 hours to get some sleep and leave.

very difficult to arrange room being cleaned. Covid restrictions means not regular room cleaning. Clearly at this point hotel is using Covid as a reason to not staff cleaning.

Their pool has a water slide!! The kids loved it. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The location is near the Jamestown Buffalo Museum and FREE old western town. So much fun to explore for a couple hours. Took some pictures with the world's largest buffalo statue too.

The breakfast was the BEST the rooms were large and clean. Very nicely decorated too.

The breakfast was good and they had a good lounge area. The pool was nice. Big TV in room and recliner was very comfortable!
Hot tub was dirty it was gross! Bed wasn't comfortable.
