It was clean and very comfortable

It had snowed and the parking lot had not been cleared off so it was difficult getting in to park and getting to the entrance

It was fine the first time we stayed the 2nd time I made a reservation and when we arrived there was noone there to check us in we stayed for an hour in the lobby no employee showed up we had to find a room elsewhere I have not been reimbursed for my non stay very disappointed how do you run a business and not have employees work there shifts

I booked the room from my phone and they couldn't find my reservation when we got there. so a little trouble checking in.

Breakfast could have been a little better, for more healthy thinks . Room was very clean. No hand towels or washcloths. Great room for the money . We will stay there again.

This is the second time we've used this motel. It is very convenient and comfortable. We like the continental breakfast - it's all we need to get us on our way.

We stayed in Jamestown in June when the days were very long. The curtains were great for darkening the room and the bed was very comfortable, so we slept well. Everything was very clean. We especially enjoyed the conversations we had with the staff who seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was surprisingly good, even though it was very inexpensive. We’d stay there again!

Quiet

We booked a king bed and they gave it to someone else so they downgraded us to a queen. The breakfast was okay but they were out of several items. The beds were memory foam so if you weigh above a certain amount, you sink down to the box spring.

The breakfast was good. Better than a lot of other places during Covid.

Our trash was never emptied while there.

Booking.com messed up the reservation. I booked 2 rooms and they only had me for one. Staff fixed it though they put up my friend in the super 8 across the lot for the same price and gave him a suite. At least Econolodge got it right!

The room itself was OK

This hotel charged me for the night I stayed but also charged me for the next night, in which I was never there at 120.00. I contacted them to fix it and they admitted their mistake. I waited 24 hours but there has been no refund initiated on my card, pending or posted. I have been forced to open a dispute with my credit card company.
