Staff and beds very comfortable. Clean room

Rooms were small but the worst part was the very very noisy air conditioning

New York is an expensive city and room was selected on price but for a few dollars more I think I could have done better

Within walking distance to Manhattan Cruise Terminal and staff were very accommodating and helpful. Price was reasonable for a short stay.

Fairly “basic” small “spartan” room with no toiletries (shampoo, lotion). No washcloth and only 1 hand towel.

The price was fair for New York, the bed was nice.

The floor was carpet, felt really old. Only one lift. Not much variety of breakfast food but that's what you pay for to be honest.

The location was fine...near lots of bars and restaurants. Walkable to many places. I guess it was on the cheaper side for NYC, but the small room and bathroom also reflected that. I would stay here again but I would Uber to and from places when traveling with bags from the metro after a long day.

It's a good 10 min walk away from a subway which is not fun with suitcases as the sidewalk is not level. When we checked in the windows were open and the ac was on... but it wasn't cool inside because someone had left the windows open. There were many flies inside as well. When we asked to be transferred to a new room "they were all taken" of course. Aesthetically, the mirror was broken and other interior things could have been fixed, but all in all, it was fine.

The location to the pier was excellent.

The room was small for the amount of money you pay just for one night.

Queen room was very tiny, without closet and had to squeeze between bed and wall cabinet to get to other side of room. There was a refrig and microwave stacked in the corner of the room and not operational due to no place to plug it in.

In chech unpleasant receptionist, the worst breakfast I've ever had. 4 tables and 12 chairs for the entire hotel. there is no choice in the table, there is no place to put used coasters and you will not drink the drink, which I then water the flowers in front of the hotel. We had to change room cards twice because they didn't work.

every single shower was cold! breakfast was a total sh*tshow! layout is awful and the food seems to always run out.

The location was in walking distance to cruise ship and Times Square. No car needed.

The breakfast provided could be better. An egg dish would have been better than self made pancakes.

The hotel was very quiet. It was in an excellent location, within easy reach of the subway and many of the sights of New York. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The bed was very comfortable, essential after a day's sightseeing.

The breakfast and facilities. The area for collecting food was very cramped and some things on offer such as jams and yogurt were fairly tasteless. There was insufficient seating at busy times.

a lot of not my concern attitudes at check in. No air conditioning in room, maintenance guy came up to check, said nothing, left and never came back. called front desk and the guy said he didn’t know. after 3 trips up and down the elevator, we got a new room with air.

The space to have breakfast was too small an area for the amount of people.

The only thing I liked was that the room had heater and we could heat up. The location was good also.

Definitely do not recommend! Dirty hotel with old furniture. Smelly towels! However the worst was the breakfast. have never experienced such bad breakfast! only 12 chairs for breakfast to sit (not tables! chairs). out of 8 days we had just once a chance to eat in the breakfast room, so we had to eat in the room. No normal plates, just paper plates, paper cups, paper cutlery! No gluten free options: occasionally cold eggs… I was told to eat joghurt or banana. I can literally write down what were the options: butter, bagels, Philadelphia cheese, joghurt, three cereals (no gluten free option), milk, waffles, tater tots. Sometimes there was disgusting sausage, sometimes bananas and cold cuddled eggs. Nothing more. No real options and even the options cold and without taste!

The room was very small, the carpet wasn't the best and the cleaners only cleaned the room every other day. When we arrived, the window blind was broken . It was fixed that day, but the room itself wasn't really well presented. Stains on the bed sheets. Very little toilet roll. No storage for your clothes or bags , room is very very very small.
