Location
Room had blocked up/broken sink with hair coming up the drain. Broken lamps. Moved rooms and middle of night another guest had a card to get into our room. The man tried over and over.

It was not clean. Housekeeping is horrible. Was given two towels for a family of four. The breakfast tasted horrible. There was no one manning the breakfast to refill the sausage or ask for water. The hotel is “non-smoking but the floor smelled like cigarette smoke. The room stunk of cigarettes! There was an empty box of cigarettes, a half full cup of coffee, and a child’s toy on the window sill behind the curtain. When I opened it up the curtains in the morning for some light that is when I saw the stuff on the window sill. I went down to complain in the morning and told the guy at the desk about it, that it smells like smoke, that the dresser looks splattered on and dirty, the pillows were so hard it felt like sleeping in a rock, and that we need enough towels for a family of 4. Instead of apologizing and sending someone up right away he told me he could cancel my reservation and not charge me for the next night. I could not just find another hotel. We had plans all day! He did nothing to remediate the problem other than saying he will tell the cleaning people. I asked him to have the manager call me and she did not. He also just kept saying it is a non-smoking hotel. Well, just cause you say it does not make it true if you do nothing about the smoking. When we came back later that night there were again only two towels, the dresser was not wiped down, same crappy pillow and even though I opened up the curtains wide so the cleaning people could see, the pack of cigarettes, half a cup of coffee, and child’s toy were still there. I complained again to the new guy at the desk and he was nicer about it and went up and took care of it himself, other than new pillows. The next morning, again, no help at the breakfast. Could not get water again and I asked the manager for sausage because again there was none and I was told 5 minutes but it never came.

Dirty hallways. Very dirty and horrible stench in elevator....house keeping needs to do better job at cleaning and give not stained bedding and towels..I was housekeeping for many years..took pride in my job..I would never do a half ass job.

place is old; not well cleaned or maintained (fridge leg broken propped up with towel, exterior door to outside of building was broken and did not lock, broken light in room, 2nd floor smelled like cigarette smoke). The hotel allowed dogs, but downside of this is dog hair all over the room (floor, beds chairs, bathroom, on top of fridge) and I did not have a dog.

I booked a king room. When I arrived, i was told they didn't have any more kinds and was instead given a double. I was not offered a refund for the price I paid over the cost of the double room.

Absolutely nothing.
The room was disgusting. The sheets look like they’d been slept in, there was hair in the bed and mascara on the pillow. I traveled all day and was hoping to relax in a room that was at least moderately clean. The room was absolutely disgusting. Instead of moving rooms which was out of the question, I requested clean sheets and made the bed with the sheets that I was provided; i’m still not convinced they were clean. The room smelled and there were dirt spots all over the walls, the lamp shade, the bathroom sink, the shelf above the sink and to top it off, crumbs all over the coffee bar area. there was also a hole on the wall with drywall on the ground like it had just happened or no one picked it up from the last time someone stayed in this room. I also booked a room for two people and was provided with one towel. I don’t think I have one positive thing to say about the room that I was provided.

Clean comfortable
We did not stay the two nights I was charged for the manager who knew our situation would not refund us the two nights. Our semi truck broke down and we didn't know how long we would have to stay so I decided to rebook two nights with the manger while on the property and shortly after found out we would not need to stay for those two nights and he had already charged my credit card for two nights and said he could not give me my money back so I paid for two nights at La Quinta and he would not give me my money back even after my husband and I explaining the situation prior to him about our breakdown. I'm very disappointed in this knowing the company my husband works for will not even reimburse us for the two nights we booked and didn't even end up staying.
