They have me on do not rent list, the rooms was nasty, they couldn’t change my room, the housekeeper was very rude and my room was not safe..

The same thing as the first one it’s nothing I like about the property.

Left to early for church so couldn't get to eat but when going through whatI did I wouldn't have eaten if I went their.

1st when going to take shower, it was missing knob and we couldn't get water in tub to work. Stayed here to go to church event and I am not the one to complain by any means because I know people have to make a living. 1st of all if it wasn't so late aftertrying 6 different places I probably would have not been their. Traveled with my 11 mth old daughter, husband, and sister. Well long story short at 3am woke up inching but didn't see anything. Woke up again at 7:30 and by this time my arm was numb from being swollen and ate up. Tried calling office but phone doesn't work in room and when I called with cell phone no answer. If I need to send screen shots I can provide.

Have bad roaches 

There was no trash can in the room, no table, the toilet and shower was dirty. Booking.com had one price for the room but the hotel charged me more than what I was suppose to be paying.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very nice

The lady who knocked on the door for check out was extremely rude,no hot water in our room 158 and I had roaches in the room.I could have let everything go if not for the Roaches.our bed wasn't even made when we got there it looks like someone had been sleeping in there before we got there.

Beds were dirty and uncomfortable. Refrigerator, stove microwave, or sink didn’t work. Our food went bad. Shower water did not get hot at all.
