Breakfast was good and the lady who was in charge of it was a wonderful woman

The front desk person on check in seemed distracted and not friendly. She offered the person ahead of me bottled water but didn’t offer it to me. She just handed me my room card and walked over to the other computer , I had to ask the other woman if I was all set, now she was very friendly

My family and I loved the cleanliness of our room. The staff was very friendly and always greeting us with their hospitality of being helpful and professional.

My family and I love to stay at Home2Suites. However this stay was a little different. The pool was out of service do to maintenance, the gaming room was out of service due to network problems, and for some reason no one could connect to Wi-Fi.

Clean, modern property.

Reception greeter could have been a bit nicer; seemed annoyed that I told her I had a dog with me; said it wasnt in my profile; I asked if I needed a dog tag for the door and again she seemed miffed at my request. Seems the greeter lacked any basic cordial greeting training.

Good location

Location is right off I-95 and convenient to many dining options. There were plenty of breakfast options and the coffee was fresh and hot. The employee working the breakfast area was attentive, friendly and helpful.

The first two rooms I was assigned had not been cleaned thoroughly. However, the front desk employee was very professional and put me in a room/suite that was clean. The hotel will be going through a renovation in December 2023. I think it was just bad timing.
