The elevator was broken. There was a $100 fee sprung on me without being informed before booking. The breakfast was mediocre and unacceptable for such a large hotel. The noise levels are ridiculous. You can hear everything. The pillows were toddler travel size pillows for a king size bed.

I was running late to arrive due to severe storms and at 7 pm the front desk called me to say they had to run my credit card on file to check me in, even though I would not be there to check in for at least a few more hours. Once I arrived to check in, I was charged another $100 as a deposit. I was told this was just to ensure I would not smoke in the room. Nowhere in the booking information was a $100 deposit indicated as necessary. But I just traveled through tornado warning areas, so I paid it. My family gets to the room and it stinks terribly, like a horrible burnt rubber/burnt tire smell. The hotel is packed and we just want to sleep. Our door doesn’t close flush, so noise from the hall is extremely prevalent. This hotel was terribly noisy. It was full of teams with kids running around all night. This is not the hotel’s fault…just a warning. I am sure the location and price attract a lot of teams staying there. They do offer a continental breakfast, which was fair to poor as far as quality goes. Overall, subpar accommodations for the price.

The shears slide but the curtains are set in place so you cannot block the light from the street and parking lot. Woke up the next morning to a chilly room and realized the heater didn't work.
