The shower was amazing with right pressure and temperature

Very noisy outside couldn't sleep good

The woman at the desk was super nice. She recognized that I was a female checking in alone because my boyfriend was at work and made sure to go over all of the blind spots from cameras and everything with me. I even ended up staying an extra night!

The area and convenience of everything around

The carpets could have been cleaner on the outside and more towels should have been provided

There was a burn hole in the bedspread in a non smoking room. I asked to change to another room and it also had a burn hole in the bedspread and a stain on the sheets. We checked in the third room and also had a burn hole but I gave up and said it would be OK. The tv didn’t work and the front desk staff came to fix it.

King-size mattress was comfortable.

Everything looked dirty and old. HVAC unit did not work at all. Not all the electrical outlets worked. Breakfast was listed as included but in fact it was not. Facility did not looked like it was maintained at all. Starting to look decrepit all over. Not sure how it can stay in business at this rate.

I reserved a non smoking room and was given a smoking room.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was very clean as well. Worth the price in my book.

The bathroom fan sounded like it was gonna die at any moment. Water pressure in the sink goes from nothing to sonic speed with a small adjustment.

We had baby cockroaches in the bathroom. The ceiling had either rust or cigarette stains on it. Pillows were an odd, non standard size. Room 209.
