Close to shopping restaurant and family

On one of our evenings, a room next to ours was extremely loud. We were woken up several times. But we did not call to complain. Quite frankly, I was so sleepy. I didn’t want to wake up enough to make the call. So I guess I really can’t blame your team for that.

Staff was exceptionally nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and cool when we arrived didn't have to wait on it to cool off.

I liked that when I arrived my room had the air conditioning on so it was nice a cold.
Oh, think they could do a little better in the parking since I was pulling a horse trailer a little tricky to maneuver.

The ac was cool, facilities were clean staff friendly. Also wheel chair lift for the pool!
Exposed wires and damaged fire alarm. Elevator did not work.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff kept everything fresh!! They were very nice!
The pool was not open for our entire stay(Thurs. through Sunday). Very disappointed! They don't make up room on a daily basis. I make my bed at home every day... would expect the same from someone I am paying to stay!!!!! Didn't give us more coffee in our room, had to ask for more towels to take a shower!

it was so clean. the staff was very helpful. we liked the area behind the hotel to give our dog and ourselves a beautiful easy walk around this pond with a fountain.
