It was homie feel about the space

The room we had didn't have a tub but we didn't request one either.

Breakfast was excellent, restaurant level.

The room was hot and the hallways were warm. We had to sleep on top of the sheets to not overheat and we had two small kids with us.

Very friendly staff. Location is ideal for me to be able to visit family.

Nothing comes to mind at this time.

Our first room The ac did not work Staff came very quickly to help moved to a nicer room but that ac worked a little We have stayed at this hotel 4 other times and ac always worked well

Clean bed and room. A more modern room. TV was streaming, so with HBO I could continue watching a show I'm watching at home.

they couldn’t find my reservation at first but it was quick for them to fix it!

The lobby area smelled very nice and we were promptly greeted by a staff member.

One of the staff members had her child at work. He walked out into the lobby area alone and my husband and I kept our eyes on him. He called for his mom and she wasn’t there so the receptionist told him to sit and wait for her. We kept our eyes on him until his mom returned. When we went to our room, we noticed the door was cracked; opened the door fully and the room was dirty. The young lady cleaning rooms saw us and said they shouldn’t have checked us in until she finished. The receptionist promptly switched room and apologized. We had an event to get dressed for so we immediately needed to shower. There were dirty towels left in the shower. When we made it back that night, we noticed hairballs on one of the beds and children hair bows under the bed. Its a nice facility but the housekeepers need to do a better job. maybe a check list.
